    @Paytm total harassment by paytm India. I want to change kyc details for my account and have provided each and every document they have asked me still they are asking for more. Which are impossible to get. This is just harassment and nothing else. Shame.

    Booked bus ticket on 7th Oct via Paytm The bus didn’t arrived and the service for which i paid 535₹ got cancelled Thanks to @UPGovt i completedmy journey and was able to reach my destinationWhen i asked for refund @Paytm said it’ll be Cr. in 7days @vijayshekhar #givemymoneyback

    @Paytmcare Your chat section on the app is pathetic. It's been 3 days since I raised a ticket for my KYC issue. I was told a CSE would contact me in 4 hours.. Nobody has contacted me yet. I believe you guys follow a different time zone or don't know to count.

    @surnell @Flipkart @Paytm Facing the same issue. There is no way to talk with paytm. You can judt chat with bots. Worst experience I have faced ever.
