    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare this issue is not resolved immediately with a full refund and written clarification, I will be proceeding with legal action against both Bharathi Travels and Paytm for negligence, mental harassment, and customer safety failure.

    @paytmbankcare Kindly guide me how can I get my FD because I have an urgent requirement. And due to the breaking facility only I have done FD through @Paytm app. Hope you will not break my trust which I kept when other told not to do. And why app is not working.
