    @Paytmcare Paytm history says Transaction of 1770 successful and transferred to merchant account on 7th oct 2022. But still not received by the merchant. Shareing the merchant's bank statement also. Order I'd 202210071018240050 Is 10 days not enough to solve a issue?

    @Paytmcare I have replied via dm but there is no reply since yesterday. This is unexpected from PayTM. Absolutely disgusting. Zero quality Customer Care approach in resolving valuable customers concerns

    @Paytm @Paytmcare i have recharged my mobile on 14 oct. and won 10k cb points which will be credited within 24 hrs. But now all points vanished and not showing in points history. Where was it gone...are you making customer fool. Solve this issue asap.

    @Paytmcare When I tried to contact customer service, the number provided saying out of service and mail option is also not available!! The 'bot is good for nothing as there was no option listed...the most reliable app for payment became most pain in the a**s..

    @Paytm money! PayTM has absolutely no answers to any of my queries! This clearly looks like some active collusion of sorts! Anyways I have followed RBI guidelines and reported immediately and so not liable to pay!! Also filed with Cyber Crime Police on next working day! Hmm 🤔
