  @Paytmcare @Paytm I was booked flight ticket from Paytm without login but due to some reason i want to cancel this flight ticket within 24 hrs. As per ministry of aviation any ticket of cancelled within 24 hrs they will get full refund amount.

  @Paytmcare Ticket has been raised with Valorant support there is no response even after 1 day has passed. Now what should user do ? User's money is on edge not Paytm or Valorant.

  @PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.

  @Paytmcare My question is you are luring people with upto rs 400 cashback on a minimum spend of rs 150 , where a customer shops for rs 5400 and more , you still give them rs 5 cashback? What are you trying to do here ? Lure the old customers who left you 4 such low level marketing gimicks?

  Pathetic service from @PaytmCare I’m trying to cancel my bus booking Order ID: 27509910728, but the app isn’t allowing me to cancel it. I’ve raised the issue through Help & Support, but the ticket is being closed without any resolution. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

  Worst customer service @Paytmcare @Paytm giving 1 ring missed call and cuts the call, and putting message we tried to reach you, you not picked the call, then what is the purpose of this customer care???? @vijayshekhar
