@Paytm @Paytmcare No cashback as promised. Mail sent. Reply received to go to app customer care. Cashback issues not covered. Paytm giving fraudulent offers but not giving cashback. Matter to be referred to Consumer court.

@Paytmcare Your DM are of no use, as you still are clueless on providing a resolution timeline for a paying customer who has raised a genuine issue for than a week ago. You are denying a legally paid service deliberately, as breach of contract. I will most probably move to other wallets now
