@Paytmcare iam facing a lot of problem with kyc.iam a Paytm bank account holder i have submitted all the needed documents and still it's been not resolved. do is this the way to treat the of company , it is really ridiculous and iam not happy with the customer support in the app.

@PaytmMall @Paytm @Paytmcare I have ordered a Fastag on Paytm where Rs.200 cashback offer was available and applied but now order is showing Rs.0 cash back and I can't cancel the order and even Paytm's helpline number does not work. Is it your new technique to dupe the customer?

@Paytm I have booked an air ticket through paytm, flight got cancelled by itself. It has been 2 yrs, Whenever I call Paytm care they say we have already escalated your issue and ASAP you will get refund. Behind this I have wasted my time, energy and money. Booking ID: 7346774138.
