Dear @vijayshekhar, it’s been over 5 days since i flagged an automatic payment inmy paytm account, which I have been unable to cancel. Ur twitter team has been in touch asking me to share screenshots / videos of the issue through DM. The matter is still not reaolved @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I have purchased jewelry in lalita and 1000rs cash back should credited to my account 24hrs. Not happened it's been 48hrs. ticket with id 3121501430 u said issue resolved within 4 hrs. It's been 14 hrs.

@paytmmallcare Amazed by the speed of resolutions by the @Paytm support team. Is been a day since I requested an option to change my order. That to an order fulfilled by #Paytm . The app chat support doesn't respond. The support team on Twitter gives thoughts and prayers.
