As per hdfc bank, amount credited to Paytm vide UTR PYTMR 22021122700791872 on 27 dec'2021.Ur pathetic customer care asks me to follow up with @Paytmcare for refund. It is airtel which chose paytm as payment gateway, i didn't. So you follow up with paytm and process refund.
