    @Paytmcare it has passed mote than 10 days.. All documents are provided.. But still account is blocked... No respond.. Only general reply.. We are working on it..

    @vijayshekhar Some months back I used to use Paytm a lot but the wallet issues and other complex features stopped me from using it at all.Kep the design,kyc verification system and ease of usage simple then the users might grow. Also use feedback system from the users. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytm very bad service from Paytm, there is no option to connect to any live agent and also while calling on customer care, also call disconnected there and no option to talk to executive. Yesterday,I had paid rent twice, but not got cashback for second payment, why?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Just wanted to inform all that customer care is suggesting to close Paytm Postpaid and not listening. Due to unknown/sever issues, couldn't make payment of Rs.7000, took screenshot, shared at the same time, penalty of Rs.800 imposed in next minute.
