@RBI @ICICIBank_Care @Paytmcare I hold bank account in Paytm payments Bank , i have been frauded from Customer in ICICI Bank , 4 months passed but no action is taken on fraudster, on the other hand ICICI is trying to protect customer. This should be ended It's a black mark
