@Paytm @Paytmcare my issue is that my old mobile is not active now.and now I cannot login in my Paytm account without OTP.the OTP is going to my old mobile number. in this case @_groww is better then you.They send OTP to my registered email id.and via OTP i changed my mobile number.

@Paytmcare @ShreyanshKishan Bro its not a big deal paytm is just another fraud company they just trap people so they can do fraud with them and. My personal suggestion for you is as soon as your problem gets resolve delete the app and shift to an alternative. Hope your problem gets resolve.

@Paytm my father account has been put on credit freeze and I am struggling to reach customer care to sort this out. Your IVR keeps circling in the same menu option and do not give any option to speak to an agent. No response to the ticket I raised as well. Very pathetic service
