    .@Paytm has gone down in quality ever since wallet got banned. It seems they lost interest in consumer app, even Times Prime Paytm flight booking codes broken starting with R49 series, not working. Paytm's interested in payment gateway & merchant QR businesses only. @VijayShekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why is there not one single person I can talk to when in need? The ph no you've provided on the internet either says busy or not working. My payment which I made last night still hasnt gone through on your end & I am stuck in this orange limbo situation.

    @MoCA_GoI I have spoken to the airlines and they said that the money has been refunded from their end. So @Paytmcare has to release the money now. Plz help me get my refund at the earliest. It's been almost 20 days now.

    @PaytmBusiness @PaytmCare Called 01204440440 twice for help. Given 2 different ticket Id's, but they don't show in my Business App. One appeared then vanished. Why aren't my tickets being tracked? any way to reach support via email? Please help asap.
