    Absolutely unacceptable service from @Paytm & @flyspicejet. Flight SG-529 (5 Apr 2026) was cancelled—still no refund after a month. No updates, no response to tickets/emails, and calls go unanswered. Please resolve this urgently. Request your support @NCH_1915

    @Paytm I have been using you're app since a long time for upi payments and honesty i am very impressed by the payment success rate but one thing I have seen that you're lacking is that the QR detection algorithm in you're app is a bit slow as per other upi apps in the Market

    Booked a bus on from hisar to ludhiana. At 5 AM the driver said the bus isnt coming. Sent 40-50 messages to support, got a reply after a MONTH saying “sorry” but no refund.Why will i not receive a refund even after proofs. Never using ur service again Terrible service @Paytmcare

    @vijayshekhar @vijayshekhar i never wanted to come and comment on the posts for you but the Care facility for the @Paytmcare has been worst i have created ticket for last 3 days no action is taken. The IVR never connects to any person. The support is zero. I have been a customer for 7 years

    @Paytmcare Your small difference is Big difference for me. you are taking 2000 extra for 40k what a good service charges.why it was not mentioned at the time of selling

    paytm has gotten so bad recently. so many glitches, very slow. asked me to fkn change my UPI pin every two months. **** you @Paytm switching to google pay (which has a very seamless and quick onboarding process and a v clean UI)
