My money in my wallet has been trapped. There is money in my wallet , my Paytm account got inactive and now I cannot retrieve my money. Despite repeated tries, Paytm customer care agents are not taking calls and showing much negligence to customer issues! Pathetic @Paytm

@Paytm Hi, Very poor service by Paytm . Raised ticket multiple time but problem not resolved and closed tickets. My fastag get disabled since month and following with Paytm team no resolution. Given all the require documents but not checked. My registered number 9727149244
