@Paytm This is the second time i am facing the problem with paytm with my first complain still not resolved. Transaction showing successful post scanning QR, however merchant did not received payment.

@Paytm It seems there persist a grave technical issue with Paytm. It happened for the second time in a week that i scanned a QR code for payment through paytm scanner and it routed to some other merchant account. Really annoyed

How beautiful is that whenever you try for cashback offers on @Paytm it never shows only initially I thought may be its internet issue but now I got to know that it's not any internet issue it's there trick that if you cant show cashback offers nobody will wait for more then-

@Paytmcare kisiko ch**tiya banana seekhna ho tho inse seekho.. none of tollfree number allow customer to speak to representative nor they resolve complaints over chat bots.. Trying since 2 week to delink aadhar card associated to my old number but nothing happening

@Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

@Paytmcare You can never satisfy your customer because now you are engaged in earning money not service. My electricity bill amount is 1283, but when I have paid the bill from paytm, then the amount is 1297. Is this your service ? Very poor service provider.

Dear @Paytm I raised request for closing my postpaid account 1 month back, still it is not resloved and since I raised request postpaid was unused, your customer service not at all a good service, this is not good
