@Paytm It seems there persist a grave technical issue with Paytm. It happened for the second time in a week that i scanned a QR code for payment through paytm scanner and it routed to some other merchant account. Really annoyed

@Paytm Your customer care is so notorious, I must say. They keep sending and asking for things that I have already provided long ago and this has been going more than a month now. Is it so hard for a company like Paytm to find and settle a transaction of Rs 4k? Seriously!!

@Paytmcare Paytm has the WORST customer care staff available. I have been raising the complaint with these people from past 1month but there is no solution . I have spoken to more than 100 people including seniors, help desk members but everyone is useless.
