    @Paytmcare Worst service and worst payment which are hacked by any guys and you can't help to customer. I would request people don't use @Paytm app they will not take any ownership better use another app.

    @Paytmcare I have been charged an unknown amount of 1727 and it is so difficult to get a hold of you guys. Your chatbot sucks, there's no way to reach any customer service representative. Your service has detoriated as your stock price does.

    @Paytmcare you guys are so irresponsible towards you’re customer, it is been 4 months since I raised the complaint against fraudulent activity and I have also requested plenty times to look into the case as soon as possible as there is medical emergency but there is no response.
