    @Paytmcare You guys are not doing anything, how long has it been, nor have I started my account, you are not telling me something about the amount refund of the fraud that happened to me. You are saying the same thing again and again that team work is doing so slow work.

    @Paytmcare very poor service. I paid Paytm postpaid bill and it shows successful in Paytm but still not showing in postpaid status. Ther is not option to complain any very in Paytm . I am thinking of closing it.

    Great customer support- You dont get the call till operator and still no way of reaching via msg ..! @Paytmcare @Paytm this is such a disturbing customer service .

    @Paytm @Paytmcare It's been a month since I requested to deactivate my Paytm Postpaid service but it's still active & reducing my cibil score. Deactivate at the earliest or i will have to report it to RBI regarding this.

    @Paytmcare I am not able to complete my KYC for more than a week. My video KYC is not scheduling it is showing that the agent is not available please try after some time. My money is also stuck in my Paytm wallet due to KYC. Please help.
