@paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I got a DM it will take 15 working days to check with the bank! While the transfer claims to be at a lightning speed, on the other hand response is at a turtle rate! It’s someone’s hard earned money guys!

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Can someone who realty works at Paytm tell me how to withdraw the money in Wallet so that I can disable the Paytm Account. Paytm is TOO BUsY with its IPO hence may not understand what a customer is experiencing

I agree it can’t burn money forever but I’m sur he should know that we can’t have biz which charges to customers for everything including even issue of a cheque book or withdrawing own money. That too for third grade service.

Most digitally native firms are making it more difficult for customers to reach out to Customers Support. Either they need to get their support documents or bots fixed, or make it easy to raise a ticket & make your SLAs clear ( @MobiKwik @CoinDCX @Paytm )
