Bought a car. Thought @Paytm to be the best option for @FASTag_NETC. Ordered it with excitement, not delivered yet, it's been a month. Raised complaint, ticket I'd: 3230497453 also. No support provided yet. Pathetic experience fro Paytm. Should have gone to any other vendor.

@Paytm Making Credit Card payment through Paytm is really horrible.. Incident Ticket raised but not received proper update from the customer care team.. Pls stop providing this payment service unless you are not able to resolve customer query..

@Paytmcare worst ever customer care service ever. I recharged my @Paytm fastag on 30 October via cred app using my credit card and it’s transaction successful in cred app but amount not received in paytm yet. Than I raised complaint on it but paytm not resolve it yet.😡😡😡😡
