    @paytm @Paytmcare one of the worst customer service I have ever seen for a widely used payment system. Their service center is run by a bot and can't connect to me a real agent. They never reply dms. FRAUD! My money is lost!!

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare Forgot my paytm password and trying to reset it for past few days and it’s shocking to see that a giant tech co. doesn’t have a responsive calling number. This kind of service is pushing people out from paytm money.
