    @Paytm few days back I raised a dispute, instead of resolving the issue , paytm team misguided me , by giving wrong details. This is how ...this Company stealing money. Merchants are also taking benefits of this technical issues, no one is there to help customers!!! Shameful!!

    @Paytm Please setup your current business with customers instead of new launch, you are completely unable to mange customer support so don't think for next level. Ref Also request no 198003979 raise at Paytm you are unable to resolve in 1 month, that's your progress card

    Such a pathetic customer service from Paytm FASTag. All sort of Automation done and it closes your Request without even solving. Raised fasttag cancellation and refund request 3 times but still no luck. Their phone service is a big 6 joke @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @RipuSheikh @Paytm My account got same similar issue.. i contacted support services but they wouldn’t help me...I got referred to @logskind3 on Instagram and they were so helpful and reliable. Am sure they can help you.

    @Paytmcare i am not able to do transaction from my primary bank account whereas transactions from other bank is working fine.
