  @Paytm @FlixBus i already complaint about this on paytm website but I didn’t got the reply for this i am trying to connect with agent but no agent is connecting only ticket is raise thought bot agent and i have to got urgently if you didn’t reply i have to sue on you please reply

  Frustrated with @IndiGO6E & @Paytm. Why encourage booking through Paytm Flights when customer support is a complete ghost town? First time booking this way and it’s the worst experience. Nothing but useless chatbots from Paytm, and zero actual response from either company.

  I am using Paytm app for more than 10 years but I never faced this problem before but today morning when I opened Paytm app then I got this notification that your account is temporarily blocked and since then I am not able to use your app so please fix it @Paytmcare @Paytm

  Instead I got: "You can read the ticket, right? Go read it. Do whatever you want." Then they hung up on me. This is how @Paytm's listed operator treats a paying customer raising a legitimate concern.

  Vendors are not free resources. Daily Digital gave proper campaign support for @Paytm #PaytmKaro, and Aksshay Pathak with his company should clear the pending payment without further delay. @vijayshekhar

  Paytm for Business has got to have one of the worst customer service systems I’ve ever dealt with. A “specialist” is always being assigned but somehow never actually shows up. The AI bot just loops in the same useless response. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
