    @Paytmcare I was using paytm wallet and it suddenly stopped claiming KYC issues. Now I still have money in the wallet that cannot be used. Why are you holding on to my money and not allow me to transfer back to my account. #paytm_stole_my_money

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Worst experience, customer care is not reachable. Got email that KYC is completed but still unable to use wallet. What kind of show is being run at the expense of users? Chatbot does not work...total failure
