    Hey @Paytmcare, I sent money using @Paytm Postpaid to pay rent, but mistakenly sent it to the wrong UPI ID. Your customer care provides no way to escalate the issue and the auto chat bot is of no use. Even your nodal officer is not responding. #PaytmComplaint #NoCustomerService

    So This is scam that paytm postpaid is doing with people nowadays and their service is so bad. So I paid my monthly postpaid dues of 19k and they chrged me convenience fee of 442 rs. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Screwed up with your support for Fastag. Although i submitted my local resident documents at toll plaza.still full toll fare deducted everytime.I raised tickets every time and Automated reply only Ticket-3285929290

    Super Thanks to the way @Paytmcare @Paytm is taking care of the customers time by dragging their time to endless amount and even then not providing resolution on time. Being tracking a ticket for almost close to a month and team has all hacks not to resolve a issue . Kudos team !

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoney Money deducted from account 20 days back against the bsnl bill payment which was unsuccessful and money is not returned. Kindly help. All services in app are not responding.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @Paytmcare is fully fraud. They sell customer data with Jamtara's People. Asking to OTP if denied they are forced to you to install anydesk. I have only shared my number in Paytm DM but they sell data with fraudsters.
