It has been 15 days since we complained for the replacement of our paytm sound box and still we have complained thrice and they say they will come within 48 hours, we never expected such a bad service from paytm.@Paytmcare

@Paytm @vijayshekhar @RBI Paytm is allowing to create new wallets but since their KYC is stopped, the money cannot be used. Their Video KYC is not working either. Speaking to their agent takes minimum 20-30 mins. RBI should investigate the amount in their wallet due to this.

@Paytmcare I am having account with Paytm app I have paid for Paytm post paid balance on yesterday but payment was not showing today payment got failed and I was charged rs 850 late fees which is totally illogical and illegal as I have attempted for payment but due to some issue
