    Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare, I want to permanently close both my personal and business Paytm accounts (linked to 9909808269). In-app support and email didn’t help. Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

    @SwiggyCares 214535933340693. I also used Paytm code to use payment and was supposed to get assured cashback which didn’t happen. Your customer care is a scam. Please remove the offer codes from payment page. It happend multiple times. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm i booked a bus ticket from your platform. Bus got broken down in middle of journey. No alternate bus was provided. When asked for refund, they said complain on paytm, when complained there they said ask refund from them directly. Order id-25773137680

    @Paytmcare I'd purchased a paytm machine a month ago. But after a week of use it stopped working. It's not turning on. Concerned agent is denying to replace it and asking to purchase new one. Very disappointing. Please help Model- AXIUM DX8000 PN - TWS62012395A SN - 222ECD8U0418
