    @Paytmcare I have issue with my paytm soundbox and I complaint about it on august 19th , and they picked up my soundbox but I didn’t received my replacement till today..customer care didn’t respond and not call back…very bad service 👎👎👎..not want to recommend anyone

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I had paid my broadband bill on 19 sep but its still showing not paid on BSNL portal. My connection got disconnected. Very poor service.

    @Paytm I want to talk customer care.... Provide direct customer care number..... do not make fool I tried 1hr to reach customer care.but there is no option that make fool.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney Over one year and I’m still following up with your pathetic customer service team. Automated responses to tickets raised. Neither I nor the merchant has received payment. Merchant confirmed paytm fund rejection. Why is this such a tidious process?
