So #Paytm has silently decided to drop support for Android 6 phones sometime back although their app is still available on the Play Store for Android 5 to 6. @Paytm , @Paytmcare : You should at least inform users in advance as there is virtual money in your wallet.

@TheOfficialSBI I have visited the branch 2-3 times, but the concerned person replied that he has seen my email and not replied. Is it the way you provide the solution? SBI is putting it on @Paytm, Paytm is throwing the issue on SBI and @ICICIBank.

@Paytmcare My Paytm account is not getting login due to some issue. I raised issue and also mail to Paytm but not resolved yet.Paytm is not getting auto read OTP so I can't login. My business payment is stuck there so pls request you pls solve this asap,take care of customer.

I spoke too soon about @Paytmcare's amazing customer service. It's been a day since they promised to clear up my cashback issue, but I still haven't heard back from them. Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this #PaytmFail. Disappointing! #CustomerServiceNightmare
