    @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare @PaytmMoney This is to inform you that my Paytm wallet has been disabled recently with error "Kyc temporarily unavailable" . All kyc documents were verified before and i am not able to view rs 2000 anywhere available in my wallet.

    @Paytmcare I have been trying to dispute a fraudulent transaction done on my paytm postpaid and no one is helping me, I called today as well and one of your agent prateek did not help me. When I asked for supervisor he informed we don't have any available. Pathetic experience.

    And don't think I haven't provided the details I have done everything over and over again so. With help of my merchant friends we will be discarding 25-30 Paytm machines from our shops and will keep the movement going on until this issues is resolved. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare it still hasn't been resolved from your side. I have done legal consulting and final outcome is to go through proper legal channels. I am very much disappointed with and organisation of such caliber isn't able to resolve and issues which I was able to identify.
