@makemytrip @makemytripcare I don't see any progress in this. This is very urgent issue. I have my money blocked with you. While I booked tickets through @paytm my tickets got refunded to my source bank account. Y u guys have different set of rules ??

@Paytm Hi Team, Paytm is trying to send message & validate login in app. While this when message is sent then automatically balance debit notification comes & app gets switched. So no other option left with me than stop using app. #paytm

@Paytm I did re-KYC on 9th November 2022. But paytm team still not able to provide QR code letter saying DTDC courier doesn't service in my area. Despite complaining several times, the QR code was not provided yet to me by any other courier. Ticket ID- 3243606995
