@Paytm Hi Team, Paytm is trying to send message & validate login in app. While this when message is sent then automatically balance debit notification comes & app gets switched. So no other option left with me than stop using app. #paytm

@Paytm @Paytmcare escalating on behalf of senior citizens. Wallet has been deactivated due to no kyc but the money has not been returned to their bank. Escalation on 24*7 useless for 2 months now! Return their money and stop useless notifications please - horrible service
