    @Paytmcare I made a mobile recharge of 982 it's been 2days it's still stuck on pending, money is already deducted come on fix it. I have raised ticket too still no help all u say it's it's under process.

    @Paytmcare hi why are you not responding to my messages on DM. I have been trying to reach you from so long. No response. Even customer support doesn't pick up. The help section on the app doesn't work at all.

    @Paytmcare Where were you when i have lodged a complaint ticket on your platform? First of all you don't have customer support on telephone, Only support present is raise a ticket which you guys will resolve within full delay. Stop fooling customers. Worst platform ever to use is @Paytm.

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, I have booked flight from pune to delhi from your platform. But it got cancelled from airline side. It’s been 12 days but still didn’t get any refund from your side. I also DM’d you but issue is not resolved yet PNR no. - 9ZIOY5

    @Paytmcare Repeating the same message does not resolve the issue. The response shared in DM refers to conditions that were never shown in the original offer displayed on Instamart. I have already shared screenshots proving this mismatch........

    Is it just me, or does anyone else feel this way? @Paytm hasn't been working properly for some time. So much slow I have to reopen app 3-4 times. @Paytmcare
