My account was blocked without any clear explanation & ticket 200011654211 was closed without resolution. A new TKT- 200011731375, has now been opened & another representative is again asking for the details I already shared earlier.

I was told it would be reviewed and unlocked within 3-5 working days, but I still getting an Access Denied error. The support ticket was also closed without resolving the issue. Please help.
