@Paytmcare @Paytm We have been constantly calling the call centre for the past 2 weeks where we are told that our issue will be resolved bug till date there has been no update! Very poor service and it's a shame that such a small issue is not taken care of properly by you.

Very poor customer support from @Paytmcare My sister used Paytm postpaid to pay 10k to one of account. The transaction history payment made but receiver didn't received it. And after follow up with you over social media still no solution. @Paytm @nehagethe19

@brijbhasin @Paytm 2 UX issues here: First is that "updates on whatsapp" & credit bureau access are 2 mutually exclusive things and should not be clubbed together Ideally the request for credit bureau access should only happen when you are about to take a credit-related action right?

@Paytm @vijayshekhar amount transferred from my account to merchant account without my authorisation. On repeated query the reply I get is the payment has been received and confirmed by the merchant. But the issue is that I did not make this payment.
