As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible.   @Paytmcare Hi, I have called ur customer care multiple times but cant able to connect to them. Even raised complaint to close my business account and soundbox service. But ticket raised last month but no one bothers. Please let me know the solution for this.

  What ******** is this @Paytm @Paytmcare I just purchased some gift vouchers but all of them are invalid the website is asking for a 16 digit code you gave me a 12 digit code what is this how do i use it now even i can't get the voucher pin so what to do now with this invalid code

  @airindia Yes- but Please understand that's it's also your responsibility that if flight is cancelled by u then refund should be released by third party to customer on immediately basis. Why they are keeping customer on wait stated that RA is not approved so it will take 44 days @Paytm
