Although I hv tried to contact customer care bt was not able to talk to ur support staff wrt to the because my paytm account was blocked but I don't know why are u doing this I am tired because I am not able to connect with paytm customer care @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

Worst customer service experience with @Paytm. Trying to connect with customer service people through Paytm application but there is no option. There is no email where we can raise our concerns. There helpline is just automated replies just like their Twitter DM. @Paytmcare
