@PaytmTravel @Paytm failed to confirm my bus ticket after 4 days of booking. Today called the customer care to confirm my ticket and they refunded my amount. Tomorrow is my journey and there are no seats available in the bus. Such a pathetic service. Tweeted out of frustration😣

@Paytmcare my Paytm account hasn’t been working in want of KYC.Tried myself online, failed due to cumbersome process.Booked help through app paid Rs 150. Agent came yesterday . Issue unresolved.

Why is @GooglePay this slow? I made a small a payment and it’s showing that it’s still in transit! And they’re not even refunding the money!Honestly I’ve never experienced anything like this w @Paytm.

@Paytmcare Easy to say, far lethargic in response. I have to pay cash on tolls due to delay in KYC updation from your end despite paying Rs 150 for service appointment a week back
