    It has been 3 days and @Paytmcare still hasn’t resolved the blocked account issue despite taking all details in DM and saying the matter is under review.I’m unable to access my UPI Lite balance,and there has been no reply,or upfate from the support team. Extremely disappointing

    @Paytm are you will to lose your customer because of your customer service . From 6 -7 you don't care about my problem no solution nothing at all that the hell is your support .... I dm them yesterday but no reply from then

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar
