@Paytm @Paytm few days back I raised a dispute, instead of resolving the issue , paytm team misguided me , by giving wrong details. This is how ...this Company stealing money. Merchants are also taking benefits of this technical issues, no one is there to help customers!!! Shameful!

@Paytmcare yesterday i made 2 upi transaction and both got failed but amount deducted from account then i raised 2 incidents in @Paytm app to address this issue But both the incidents are still pending and i haven't recvd any update on this. Ticket id : 3112582165 and 3112580589

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare is #careless in resolving their customers issues. It's been 3 days of issue and still received no response. When you won cashback in @Paytm they say it will be credited in 24 hours but didn't get credited in 5 days.very disappointed. Phonpe and gpay are far better.

@Paytmcare I has done transaction of 5000 but money debited and payment is failed now. Paytm service is very poor by time by time. and customer care not respond pleze help me .
