F*** u @Paytm @Paytmcare. Just done a transaction of Rs. 450 to local merchant, in my app it shows successfully done, but merchant says he didn't recieved it. After talking to your customer care they cut my call without even resolving the issue. You wasted my Rs450. FU Paytm

@bibhasdn @Paytm What is actually a good other option? - Use standard 2-factor auth - don't break login/password autofill - don't ask to update password every 3 months - don't come to sell me insurance - don't charge for sms, alerts, neft - send account emails - decent support on email NONE!

Why I am not getting any response on it @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar. This is clearly visible that order was not placed at Flipkart, and you have deducted the amount twice. This is not the way to loot money of a customer.

You are simply harassing a customer and not giving them resolution. When asked to transfer call to escalation team, they told that there is no escalation team at @Paytm

What is the use of the helpline no. which is provided on the paytm fastag? Customer care never receives any call. Never expected @Paytm @Paytmcare after sales services will fall to such an extent.
