Pnr 8340924111 is cancelled by me on 3sept. Didn't got refund yet.. @AshwiniVaishnaw The customer care executive told me to mail but still they didn't refunded my money.. it's worst experience with @IRCTCofficial @Paytm till date

@Paytmcare I have done the payment on Sept. 11,2021 of INR 2078.40 to boat-lifestyle, money debited from my Primary bank account linked with Paytm but due to some reasons Transactions failed and no refund step is taken till date from Paytm Request you to look into the issue.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service . You don't know the criticality of customer booking a train from paytm . It goes on waiting at the time of boarding TT denied the ticket for travelling said it would be refunded . I have to pay heavy penalty on ticket to travel
