    @NPCI_NPCI UPI doesn't work with Nepali e-sewa bank QR code, Gpay throws an error but @Paytmcare stupidly considers the mob. no. info captured in the QR to be an indian number instead and facilitates sending ₹ to that number. I, out of habit and in a hurry, ended up losing money

    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, Akasa Air cancelled 1 passenger's ticket (Mohd Ebad, Split PNR: WYI4KT) from my booking & issued a refund. But Paytm app still shows 'Still Working'. Ticket ID: 200011664664. Please check and process my refund quickly! @AkasaAir
