@paytmmallcare Is there any way to reach the paytm customer care support? You have just mentioned on your website 24x7 support. This is just fake. The number you have provided is an automated call, which doesn't provide an option to talk with the customer support. @paytm

@Paytmcare Neither there is an option to write a custom message, nor an email address. There is no way in paytm to connect the customer support. I ordered earphones and got defected item. I tried to contact the customer support. But I couldn't find a way.
