@Paytmcare Paytm fasttag sucks, wallet balance is 1800+₹ yet fasttag is not working saying lowfunds.. Raised a ticket, customer care is pathetic. Suggest every paytm user to switch to another fasttag or else stranded at toll plazas

@Paytmcare i paid ticket amount through upi id, my money got deducted but my ticket didn’t get booked @IRCTCofficial app displayed error after successful payment also. @IRCTCofficial i faced such issues many times with the app.

@GooglePayIndia No you dont. Spoke to your customer care executive. And they clarified that I am at the vendor's mercy to get the amount back in this case. This is not the first time I am facing this issue. I am going stay away from your app in the future @Paytmcare - you're much more reliable

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar The customer service of your KYC personnel is abysmal On showing the ePAN issued by the IT department they are insisting on old style cards. They are still held up in the old fashioned physical cards era.

My daughter a student added 2.45 k in her @Paytm account. PayTm neither allow her to do any transaction or withdraw the amount, or open an account. The 2.x just became just profit for PayTm without any service 👌

@Paytm I have not a refund in my paytm wallet. 24/7 customer has not provided any help. The transaction was for 31/10/2021 and I can even provide you transaction id for the same. Please see to it.
