    Having hard time in closing my #Fastag for Car . #Paytm is the #WORST in terms off customer service...just telephone bots and no personal connection/ contact possible even after wasting 1 hr on it . Indeed it is visible through it's share price 📉 @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare REMOVE MY LATE FEES! Paytm postpaid account wants me to pay extra late bill around 590/-. However that wasn't even my fault, that was some technical issue that i couldn't pay on time. I request to do something on it and remove those charges.

    Was asked for KYC despite being an active user of @PaytmBank. When tried completing the KYC online, it got failed. Then the KYC Center charged rupees for doing the KYC. And now that I've processed for KYC, still the account is not activated. @Paytmcare please help!

    @Paytm worst customer care service experience. I have booked flight with full refund facility in case of cancellation.gave 590 bucks extra . Now there is no response from your end . Worst user experience
