    Paytm is the most fraud company. They cancelled my bus booking just 4 hours before onboarding , check order id 27016884836, other buses are now charging extra money only bcz of your pathetic service. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Terrible services still getting continued from @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin . Its already been 2 days since i got a reply on my twitter dm. So it works like replying on to the tweet within minutes and then ignoring the dm for straight 2 days. Great paytm 👍

    Tried @Paytm Help & Support. Their AI chatbot resets the conversation every time. Asked for a human agent. It said "connecting you." Chat has been cold since. This is what passes for customer support in 2026.

    @Paytmcare How much more time do you need? Your calls are unreachable, mails get no response, and support only sends automated replies. SpiceJet already processed the refund. Please give a clear timeline instead of copy-paste responses. Booking ID: 26907588942.

    @Paytmcare It's a complete and utter deception and misleading the customers. There should be regular check-ins for hygiene and sanitation on every agency. I will be reporting this to the consumer court, if the issue is not resolved
