surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Surprised. Raised no of queries for the transactions and money yet not refunded. After 2 days it is showing under process. They have disabled cancel cancel button. Mr vijay sharma, Pl don’t make public fool. The kind of service u r providing, be sure , ur cpy is going to 👎

@Paytmcare I have purchased a Fast tag through Paytm and the order shows delivered a week back and I found and called the delivery agent he is now abusing me with foul language, I must be actually doing it.. Is this the service you provide...
