surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare I have raised 6 tickets , called twice and visited 3 centres to get my KYC done and it is still showing error for my phone number. Absolutely no help. Time waste and I am unable to receive my payments. Do better

@Ashneer_Grover @PhonePe @Paytm Get an App for Cheque Scan , Check Amt in bank accnt , block the amt after verifying signature and once scanned, accnt holder cant stop the cheque to avoid BOUNCE issues. Even Scan and get Paid immediately, RBI gets the data online

@PaytmPaytm14 @DelhiPolice @Paytmcare I asked for help from Paytm on twitter and this person tweeted me. I accidentally called him and he right away sent me an OTP stating that he will be able to solve my query. But being an aware citizen I didn’t share any of my details and hang up the call.
