surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare please don't give scratch card as reward,no offers are entertained by the respective companies. E.g sunglasses discount of 100% (upto 1150)but all prices are above the required price on their website. A big Joke.

@paytminsider @Paytmcare @Paytm I again travelled 20km to collect my tickets and your officials sent me back saying they can’t give me the tickets as I opted for Home delivery.I told them that it was Paytm’s issue that they could not deliver my tickets still they dint listen(1/2)
