    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    Hi @Paytm check my SR 187051787 I think Your people are incompetent to resolve the issue... Giving me same reply.... Actually copy pasting.... Without understanding my query...... My money is blocked with you... Resolve this on Priority or else I have to take some actions......

    When i opened the paytm app to check my balance I was getting "error" in opening the app. I suspect because of some outage/maintenance my transaction didnt go through. Request you to please look into this on priority @Paytm @PaytmFirst @Paytmcare

    @PaytmMall @Paytm worst experience on order. You cannot return the non returnable item and you cannot contant customer care to even complain. Fooling the customers in these difficult covid times. Pathetic service

    @Paytmcare Extermely poor customer care, pathetic service, you only loot money from merchant in illegal ways. SMS alerts were off still Rs. 25 deducted from payout from my business account. Ticket number alloted 50192659, but no charges reversal even after a lapse of a week.
