    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @PaytmBusiness Please reactivate my Paytm Business account. You can keep the held amount on hold until the review is complete, but please allow new incoming payments to settle. The account suspension is causing heavy business losses. Kindly help. 🙏 @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare What's the status? Its been more than 32 hours i got the gift card. I haven't recieved any update on this? How much more time you need to resolve the issue? You're holding 5000 Rs of mine. Mind it. Refund my money or rectify the error ASAP. #paytm #jockeyindia

    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.
