surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Hello @Paytmcare @Paytm, I have made two transactions on 5 may 2022 to @dhanicares, which didn't reach them. When i asked for a refund they mailed me on 8th jun 2022 that my money should have reached the original payment source. I have sent a drive link to pdf in DM. Please help

@Paytm @Paytmcare Though you call it free, i was charged 50Rs for KYC. By far paytm is becoming the worst decision of my life. Your merchants are not supportive and your customer care is non existent @vijayshekhar i am sorry but this product is horrible!

@Paytmcare It's 10nth day still no response regarding issue. You mention wrong time table of bus service. And then provide wrong phone number of operator . And if costomer complaint about bus that bus was late by 1 hour then you didn't refund.

Paytm personal loan fraud. I took a personal loan everything is approve i got 1rs credit in my account. But rest amount still not receive in my account. Support team is also not helpful.@Paytm @PaytmMoney @PaytmBank pls do helpful. ASAP
