  surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

  @Paytm @Paytmcare i recently added money into my Wallet. I am not able to use it and after talking to customer care, I got to know its because of KYC. If there is KYC related thing, why paytm allows to add amount to wallet? It should raise this while adding the money? 1/2

  @Paytm @PaytmGujarat @Paytmcare i have done movie booking on 24th march using paytm..after applying promocode its showing 150 cashback but still i didn't receive it..when i dm them they say its error..very unprofessional answer..Refund me my full amount..pls dont say to dm me.

  @Paytmcare hi, my order failed but money got deducted, no way to contact you. Your IVR doesn't have option to talk to an actual person. That virtual assistant is dumb. Please help me.
