surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Worst customer services . No customer care support option. There is no option to taking customer support executive . I have been trying whole day . They just option of next menu previous menu thats it. Only computer record message . No option for customer support .

@ikukhan3 @Paytmcare I guess we should stop Using these apps for important payments or any payment for more then rs 100.. it can get real messy in case of a glitch. They do no have any system in place for instant resolution..

@Paytm,@Paytmcare I have booked my IRCTC ticket and done payment through Paytm wallet. My Paytm transaction number is 202211632874 done on 22/01/2022. My ticket not booked successfully and irctc has issued refund for the same on date 25/01/2022. Irctc I'd 100003166666495. Help
