surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @TANVEER00986505 on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.

After 4 months of back and forth with @Paytmcare (which was an eye wash) I am back to square one. @Paytm is incapable to fix its insecure platform making it easy for frauds to happen, and then it harasses the actual (genuine) customers. @WomenCell

@Paytmcare No point- you guys give a standard bot reply. Not helpful. I have gone through it and struggled last 4 months with no solution. It’s a systemic issue that you need fixing.

@Paytm I have asked paytm to help me in recovery of my account. They told within 2 days my account will be updated. But there is no update from their end. Such a poor service. How long will they take to solve a single problem. Please help me to recover my account (9980044742)
