    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @PaytmMall @Paytmcare Very laid back and pathetic 24*7 customer support of Paytm. Firstly it's an Autobot that chats with you and with the same old repeated verbiage. One basically doesn't know what's the status of the request. Very dissatisfied using its service.

    @airtelbank I recharged my @Paytm FASTag by Rs. 179 on June 2nd using my @sliceit_ card but till today I don't see money added in my PayTm FASTag. I can't find txn id on Airtel app. Pls help to get my recharge done.

    But I called in the company, from there a man came to fix the machine, he told me in the morning today aus thing has been 5 days, still no solution. paytm but till now there is no solution, I will have to close this account after getting fed up.@PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I contacted the customer care on call and they never give a resolution just raise a complaint ticket at which no one responds on time. What kind of customer support are u giving despite being such a big name.

    @Paytmcare is there any way to reach your executives because they are not ready to reach me for query. I raised a query last week regarding kyc and no actions yet. I am unable to use my wallet for some kyc reason and not able to finish kyc. Can you help me here
