surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Hello @Paytm from past 20 days I was trying to reactivate my Paytm business account but till date there is no response or activated my account I tried calling 100s of times to activate it but no use and no proper support I sent an email to with all the valid documents.

Poor service @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @Paytm . Had opted for one time payment of sound box of Rs 1,999/- with no monthly rental. Still an amount of Rs. 59 is being deducted monthly and none of your executives are helping. Call isn’t being connected from registered no. 👎👎👎

@Paytmcare It is not that encountered any particular issue to share. It is a general query.. why can't you people just make businesses with food joints by default as food category.. so that people can utilise there food wallet..
