    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Just now I checked the help section in app. The reason for error is name mismatch in kyc document and in my pan. I changed my name in Aadhar (after kyc) now I want to update the same in paytm app . So that I can update my pan and I can activate paytm postpaid.

    @Paytm Someone pls help me regarding the login process. I have my mobile number in other mobile from which I am login (Say Phone A has sim Card and I am login from Phone B) But it is unable to login .... It is suggesting to insert sim card in the phone from which I am logging.

    @Paytm I like your service in UPI transactions but because of one problem I may dislike you. That problem you are charging money for the physical Qr code but your competitor like amazon pay is giving it in free so I think I will end up using Amazon pay for my shop. @vijayshekhar
