surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I will not go to DM i want the solution within the next 48 working hours. I tried contacting Paytm care via text, chat bot, helpline number but none of the options are working. It's all just for show case. @RBI Mahoday, kripa Paytm k helpline services ki jaanch kre. @Paytmcare

It’s more than a week even after continuous follow up your support team is unable to fix my account merge issue(duplicate accounts issue) and due to this I’m unable to unsubscribe for auto debit payments for electricity bill. It got debited for last three months. @Paytmcare

@Paytm there is no way to contact your customer support for any service related issues. I dnt know if its a glitch or your sidr issue, i paid for a service valid for a month and now its saying its expired. Why..? And i cant complain or take help through your ****** app.
