surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Not satisfied with the customer service of @Paytm @Paytmcare. They say that we have raised the ticket and will get back to you within 4 hours but it's been 24 hours nothing happened 🤔.
