surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

My father was asked to resubmit kyc documents and the process will take 48 hours. My father complied but today @Paytmcare said it takes 15 days for such process. Please tell us why the customer is made to suffer. We don’t even know if the fastag will work if we need to travel.

@findalpha7 @Paytm @vijayshekhar It's a LSP- loan service provider which provides distribution and underwriting support, wherein, the bank does the underwriting on its own standards and checks, with Paytm providing the banks with additional data-based whitelisting. Thus, more of a middleman.
