surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Y there is no customer care n ur chat is also useless as no one can raise a ticket as its auto populated msg where relevant options r nt provided. No one from ur team is calling to resolve the issues raised. Inefficient paytm under you.

@Paytmcare @Paytm Sir I was trying to cancel my bus ticket but was unable to do so so I contacted the customer care on 12 oct 2022 for the same and they told me that I'm eligible for the refund of 80% of original amount and the date of travel was of yesterday i.e. 15 oct 2022
