    surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've thousands of bonus points but I just don't understand how 2 utilise them Of course it gives loads of confusing options. It asks @ multiple places 2 pay cash on d same purchase. Any link guiding it? Your automated help icon doesn't have any help towards it.

    @Paytm As per standing instruction the amount of Rs. 3630 has been debited from my account towards the bill payment at West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL). Though WBSEDCL has denied the payment received. Now the amount is debited. Kindly support.

    Dear paytm I have two soundbox which is linked with same merchant Id due to this i requested to deactivate my one box it's been a month and no one picked the box pick the box otherwise I will deactivate my account and will shift to other service providers @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Very poor server and poor costumer support....you guys continually making innocent peoples fool ....what a pathetic service every payment got failed even UPI payment also i had done transaction on UPI and it's more than 24 hours but my money is deducted and still showing pending
