surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@DunzoCare Thanks for the help of your support who processed by refund promptly and thanks to @Paytm where the refund was reflected instantly. I suggest people to use Paytm wallet for your transactions if you need instant refunds or processing.

@zomatocare Yes, I know. I'm not questioning @zomato because I'm satisfied by the service provided. I'm questioning @Paytm that when there is a mandate to refund that transaction fee then why it is still not done.

@TheMuthootGroup @Paytm We have been calling the customer care numbers and they had initially asked us to show Paytm proof. When we showed them the proof of payment the customer care guys are telling that they still haven't received it yet. How is this possible. 3/n

*Opens saving account*- "Do kyc or no transactions." *Uses debit card* - "Unable to use because it's not active" *Tried blocking card* - "Do kyc first.' Few days later- Deducts money TWICE from account saying annual charges for debit card. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank What service?
