surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare your insurance option is waste of customer money. I took insurance for my bike Bajaj Avenger and got insurance for TVs Jupiter(surprisingly with my avenger's registration details). And once I raised complaint you are asking for more money. Plz REFUND my money.
