  surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

  Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled from Kotak Ac. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare @KotakCares

  @Paytmcare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unable to add my airtel black connection on any payments app. Why is it? Whatever number i try be it customer ID or phone number, it shows not found.
