surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @PaytmMoneyCare This is related to Paytm gold sell order. Order id: 17233223303 and 17233584287. I have raised the sell request on 7th Feb, and due to technical issue and IFSC code mismatch, the order is neither executed nor failed, and I have been raising support tickets since a week.
