surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare When I reported then mismatch not recognised have eaten and digested and when I taken reversal on excess limit has caused to fix as mismatch. Not acceptable at all
