surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

@FreechargeCares i would request every1 not to use freecharge as the service of freecharge is very slow. No proper customer service. For faster service @Paytm is best.

@HDFCBank_Cares This is not any such grave issue… I did manage it later by paying them through @Paytm wallet … As a customer I’m really happy with @HDFC_Bank services… you have got a great team and they do value their customers..

How does the Indian Govt allow sheer fraudulent practices by @Paytm without any oversight? PayTm encourages you to add money to the wallet and when you want to make a payment it it tells you that your KYC is incomplete. After you have located a KYC agent, it shows error. @RBI

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare order id - 18982333242. Literally paytm fooled me today on making rent payment through APP.while activating offer it was different and today while using it suddenly changes fool and trap customer.Check please it is something fraud
