@Paytmcare Dear team previously i was able to pay at petrol filling station via paytm postpaid , but from this month iam unable to pay , why this happening. Petrol filling was one of my use from postpaid and you are not giving this service to me.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

Had the worst experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare I was on hold for 35 min but noone attended my call. Chatbot is completely unhelpful, there is no email ID you can write to. How do you expect customers to get their queries resolved? I can't login to my own a/c for 60 days!

Very very bad system of this bank account, first off fall this account will easily access from others, after that account holder will request Paytm care for recovery. All the process is obsessed with the Paytm team but they are harassment for Paytm account holders.@Paytm
