@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

@Paytmcare Paytm is the best fraud bank Because of Paytm soundbox is given me for no cost of rental fee. My problem is any transaction will done the amount was going mines(-) amount. I loss 600 Rs. I was called to the customer care they saying the money will not refund.

@jkd18 @Paytm I once used Juganoo auto & felt that I was undercharged due to some issue in app as I was charged more in previous trips for same distance. I reached out to customer care & got rest amount deducted from my wallet & credited to driver.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare this is not first time you are doing this, you deduct money keep it hold and then return it post 3 days and as per rbi guidelines you are liable to pay 100 rupees per day as penalty for not resolving the issue
