@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

@PaytmTravelCare @Paytmcare I was trying to book my bus on 01/09/2021 however once booking is confirmed I see that it has been scheduled on 31/08/2021.And operator was calling repeatedly for boarding the bus. Then I called customer care and told the issue.

@Paytm I paid my credit card bill of rs.50000 but amount debited was 50005.96, I contacted bank customer care, they said, 5.96 was charged by paytm. So, just want to confirm, whether you charge for paying bills through internet banking?
