@EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

@Paytm @vijayshekhar I called the customer support and the agent was appointed after 40 mins. The issue was not resolved after that also. This is the worst customer experience @RBI should also take strict actions against wasting time of the customer in such petty issues.

@Paytm i am using paytm bank account from last 3 years. Few days back may accounts are blocked and display show ''UPDATE KYC" . I completed re-kyc on 2 July however my account is blocked till now. I called paytm coustomer care so many times, very bad service @Paytm .

@Paytm can you help my correct my Name in the App. Tried to reach customer executives over call atleast 10 times. Never was I able to reach anyone. Tried all options on app support. Unable to reupload KYC as the Name on app is not matching with the KYC I submitted.

@Paytm I missed to pay paytm postpaid of 280 INR and the option is not enabled for me at the moment, I cannot pay it anymore. Can you please enable the option? It's irritating to contact paytm customer care...
