  @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

  @EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

  Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

  Don't even try to pay your bills using @Paytm they are liers... First they tell that the transaction has been failed than thay tell that the service has been provided so no reversal whereas there app still says that the transaction has been failed. I have been waiting for 15 days

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Today I called on your customer care on behalf of my brother who is struggling to get is 1651 INR/- stuck in his paytm account and got such a rude response from your team. My brother uses only paytm and you guys have blocked his money for no reason.

  @paytmbankcare I think you need a relook into my tweet where I clearly mentioned that the Paytm account of the receiver is blocked and so he is unable to log in. You can contact him from the transaction ID tabby l that I shared with you. @Paytm

  @Paytmcare I booked a bus from paytm and the bus was cancelled by the operator. I spoke with the bus service operator initialized the refund process from his end but paytm is not responding.I connected with your 24*7 helpline and it is of no help.Please get back to meonthe same

  I have waited si long for their resolution, which has still not been taken care of. What the hell is going on?? How can @Paytm say that the service was provided when it was a failed one from the @Paytm. @RBI what is going on here????
