    @EcomExpress is a USELESS COURIER service.They sent the mobile no of deliveryman bt it went alwys2their server&never reached tht person.We can't plan our movement unless v r able2contact the delivery man.If @Paytm continues with Ecom Express,I will stop purchasing frm @PaytmMall

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Disgusted with overall services no one to address the issue ,money was deducted and not received by the merchant and even after 4 days the money is still in pending mode , have been using paytm since 3 years and so much disappointed with them .

    @Paytmcare Dear team previously i was able to pay at petrol filling station via paytm postpaid , but from this month iam unable to pay , why this happening. Petrol filling was one of my use from postpaid and you are not giving this service to me.

    Hello on 12-01-2019 Rs.2538 got deducted from my Paytm wallet due to some fraud activity. The complaint was registered through Paytm App but no response from that day, please resolve the issue @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare you dont have enough manpower to get me aCS executive? Tracle starts in 2 hours and you are suggesting a ticket based reply in 4 hrs.. no way to contact the CS person and get problem resolved What kind of service is this? I am stuck at the mercy of the operator

    @Paytmcare Unable to log in to my paytm account, gets error "something went wrong, please try again later". Talked to you customer care, no help, even your mailbox is full, unable to send mail to you too. Its been a few days now, please look into the matter.

    IMP tip: Never Ever purchase the #Fastag from @Paytm. It is unnecessary hassle which can be avoided. Paytm love to block access of wallet in the name of KYC and have a very old school long process to get it on. Keeping you stranded at toll booths.. so please avoid 🙏 #Paytm

    @Paytmcare I paid 2047 for my Paytm postpaid at night but transition is not completed. At 4am morning I got message or complete payment.but my Paytm postpaid show 590 due amount please resolve this issue. Even I am not getting how to connect with postpaid exicutive.
