@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

I totally understand looking at the customer base of @Paytm they can’t have a team to manage calls but atleast a proper team to reply on text as well. Such a pathetic service @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare even zomato has the same no of customer care but they provide better support

From last half an hour, I'm trying to contact Paytm Customer support for KYC issue and it's an urgency for me. A person from Paytm care just transferred the call and I think he is chilling and I'm getting pissed off here waiting from last 0.5 hrs. @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@GooglePay @Paytm Dear Google, Why can't you offer Post Paid feature on GPay like PayTm does? It becomes so easy to pay without worrying about entering UPI pin & hoping there are no bank issues. Dear PayTm - Credit is given to a person so why not allow Postpaid for all recipients
