@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

@PaytmBank @Paytmcare your help service is worst. My money got stuck in processing and it's been 5 days. There's no response from your "Help & Support" option in the app. Plus, you are also not entertaining the issues through emails. Worst customer service.
