  @Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare ur silence is testimony to the alleged wrongdoing & fraud by charging extra to small biz in name of QR code. U hv been silent since 2months on-if QR code for receivng paymnts is free service why club it with soundbox? @RBI pls take action against PAYTM.

  I have booked air ticket but wrongly I have press wrong date due to which I want to call you for refund but none of your customer care number is working it is very pathetic condition with Paytm with which I was doing lot of payments one of their number say you are not registered with us. I have just lost 6000 rupees but future I will not use Paytm and I'll suggest other also @Paytmcare

  Hey @PaytmCare, your service is shameful! You hide 'single-use' terms on flight vouchers to rob users. You stole my ₹2,281 and your agents shamelessly closed my ticket (200012349631) without resolution. This is outright fraud! Stop scamming and refund my money! #PaytmFraud

  It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.

  & when I called to @Paytm support, the guy keeps repeating can't help in this. I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.
