    @Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

    @Paytmcare dear sir i have placed an complaint regarding sound box not working on march 6 since no response from paytm support. I want to know whether my complaint 5046555148 will be solved or should i move on to phonepay. I need it for my business.

    @Paytmcare I already sent the DM with my registered mobile number long back, but there has been no response yet. Please look into this immediately and resolve the issue. If I don’t receive a prompt reply, I’ll be left with no option but to approach the Consumer Court. @Paytm

    Hour 3 Update: Complete silence from @Paytm @Paytmcare Not only are they ignoring my support tickets with scripted “please wait” replies, but now they’re straight-up ignoring my public tweets too. No acknowledgment, no DM, nothing. Full payment taken, partial recharge given

    @Paytm Do you have any responsibilities towards your Paytm business owner ? I have rised the complaint almost 15 days back about my soundbox issue and yet no one contacted me. If this the service u are giving to your business customers then cancel my subscription.

Both refunds stuck at the same stage till date Booking IDs: 6039421294,26038784803. Once payment is done do customer mean nothing? Where is our money?
