@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

Ticket ID 3242563390 Mobile Number of Paytm has been changed (updated) by some fraudster. Not able to have full access to original account. PaytmCare not reachable. Only bot response are coming over 24x7 help on PAYTM app. @vijayshekhar pls help @Paytmcare pls respond.

This is kind of fraud. I have faced this issue previously but the amount was ₹10 but this time it's ₹700. I mean what about our money? Where is our fault in buying a Google play redeem from Paytm directly. My friends also faced this sometimes. @Paytm @GooglePlay #redeemfraud
