@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

@Paytmcare @Paytm how to deactivate Paytm postpaid??? I want to close it on priority. It is showing as “Consumer Loan” on my credit report. This is really pathetic that Credit card type service is providing and reporting as Consumer Loan on credit report.

@Paytmcare Hi , Recharge on 9407097462 with BSNL of Rs 151 under the order ID 16468258023 is processed successfully with operator reference number 2990325264 on 08.Dec.2021, 08:25 PM . But we are not unable to view benefits, please resolve my problem.

@Paytmcare I want to complete KYC for my account but when I entered adhaar card number, I got an error stating that adhaar card number is already used for another account. Years ago, I had completed minimum KYC for the another account using my adhaar card number.

@Paytm I want to get my merchant account kyc authorized signatory name to be updated. Support call is just trying to transfer the call from kyc to merchant department, but none of them are able to solve the issue. Please Help!!!
