@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

@Paytm Hi, I have done my KYC on 24th Dec at your preferred partner and he assured to me the it will be completed in next 24 hours. He also took 50rs charges for me for this service. It’s more than 48hrs and my account is still freeze. Can you please help me on this?

@Paytmcare Great excellent job done by you people. Just believe whatever your so called merchant is saying you and never believe what your customer say to you. I don't see any use of CUSTOMER CARE as no CARE is ever provided to any customer. Keep you name MERCHANT CARE instead.

We are asking for transaction statement from Paytm fraud team of fraudulent transactions that have happened. But they are not providing it. @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Very poor service by Paytm and very little fraud protection.

@Paytmcare Two failed payments to zomato are not refunded to me by paytm even after 48 hours. The amount is Rs 1730. Please see this issue, this is a financial fraud.
