@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

@Paytmcare @Paytm my issue is not resolved yet. First u made false charges of Rs. 6,200/- postpaid outstanding and nw u made a charge of Rs. 129/- bt y vn in my wallet has 300/- tht tym and i postpaid already 300 nd 400 rs. Excess payment.r u making money by doing all these wrng

@Paytmcare @Paytm - your agent is making a very personal allegation n threatening us. Ur system was breached n money was looted by a crook without an OTP. It's ur security lapse. This comes after months n we filing a complaint. Is this how u run your customer service?
