    @Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

    How many ages more will you take to solve a simple flight booking issue?? @Paytmcare @Paytm if you're not competent enough to complete that booking why have you deducted money? Even if it's deducted what is taking so long to initiate for a refund?????

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare No response yet..? its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund asap.

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Please check my DM and permanently close my Paytm Merchant account. I do not have any Paytm Merchant device. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to file a complaint with the RBI.
