    @Paytmcare dear sir i have placed an complaint regarding sound box not working on march 6 since no response from paytm support. I want to know whether my complaint 5046555148 will be solved or should i move on to phonepay. I need it for my business.

    @Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

    Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I received no timely response. After 3 days, I was informed that the voucher was finally working. By then, my journey was already over, and I had arranged alternate transport using my own money.@PaytmTravelCare @Paytmcare

    @Paytm My Paytm account has not been working for more than 15 days, and my issue is still unresolved. Every time I raise the concern on X, I receive the same response saying that the team is “working on it,” but there has been no actual resolution.

    Had switched from @Paytm to @CRED_club upi about a year ago and it’d been great till I discovered today that you can’t export UPI transactions on Cred. The customer support confirmed this isn’t possible even as a special request. Sad. Have to switch again.

    For you Rs 4251/- is a small amount and it got swindled on your platform from my wallet - for me it's a fraud committed on me and I want you @Paytm to reimburse me the above amount of Rs 4251/- all commercial or public sector banks compensate/reimburse their customers in case a fraud is reported by customer I expect you to reimburse me the above amount asap - Regards Vikram Gulati Senior Advocate SupremeCourt- 1st reminder
