    @Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I am trying to get a solution for my issue. It's almost impossible to reach to you customer care executive and your AI agent is not helping at all. Can I expect some support ? Pls provide at least email id of your grievance redressal office or a number?
