@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

Please don't buy anything from @Paytmcare it's a fraud, I ordered a fastag from @Paytm and they gave it to another person. I have not received that fastag for 15 days yet. I have asked customer service for help but they are ignoring and not responding.

@Paytm hi sir I have a problem i. e.. i have ordered a rice cooker about 4.4L but i have got 2.5L .I have applied for replacement and about 5 days completed PAYTM SHOPPING didn't solve my issue. I sended photos and video with proof. Sir solve my problem as soon possible.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I received a refund for a flight cancelled during the Covid lockdown period in 2020. The total amount paid was Rs 20,001. After deduction of the convenience fee of Rs 1,099 the refund amount should be Rs 18,902- Why has Paytm refunded only Rs 17,900-please help.

@vijayshekhar How can we be left so helpless? on 28th Dec I have raised the support ticket to close my ac.. the ticket closed without fixing the issue, no option to re-open, now DMing @Paytmcare shared the ticket id, I am in the loop without resolution.. @Paytm
