    @Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

    Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I received no timely response. After 3 days, I was informed that the voucher was finally working. By then, my journey was already over, and I had arranged alternate transport using my own money.@PaytmTravelCare @Paytmcare

    How much more time is required to fix a basic customer issue? This kind of delay reflects a serious lack of customer support and accountability. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way my complaint has been handled. Such a prolonged delay is unacceptable. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @airtelbank @JioCare This delay is completely unacceptable. Kindly coordinate, verify the transaction, and resolve this issue immediately. If this continues, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Transaction ID: 7478647389383307264.

    @Paytmcare Now new thing has come up security alert.. and it says I should contact paytm support..but all goes in vain... What a pathetic service I must say .. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Nobody seems to be following up my issue, atleast give me a number where i can reach your support team. How can a transaction be in pending status even after 72 hours? I don't want an update anymore, i want my refund, otherwise ready to pay the fine as per RBI after T+5 days.

    @Paytmcare complaint remains unresolved. Your recovery agents continue contacting my relatives, causing mental harassment and violating my privacy. I expect @Paytmcare to stop these third party calls immediately and address this issue without further delayPlease respond publicly #Harassment

    Dear @Paytmcare My 4–6 July settlement is still on hold while later settlements are released. Asking for invoices/NOCs for every customer is impractical. Release my payment by 9 July, or I'll pursue legal action and file complaints with the appropriate authorities.
