    @Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

    Hi @Paytm @PaytmMoney I am using app since 2 years and now I want to change my email ID, but unable to do so. Even after updated kyc the app is using my other email which is not owned by me. Please help me to change email otherwise I will withdraw my money and won't use your app.

    @Paytmcare Pathetic coustomer care ! My Paytm soundbox hadn't been working for past 3 or 4 months. And deducts charge for the same Paytm soundbox every single month. I have requested to replace soundbox and said it will be replaced in 48 hours. But it's been a week. Still it is not replaced
