@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

@Paytmcare I raised a complaint for my 18th Oct bus booking where the AC wasn’t working, and we had to get down midway. It’s been over 2 weeks but still no refund or resolution.For the same issue, Goibibo provided a full refund instantly Please take this seriously and resolve it

@Paytm @Paytmcare Never book Bus ticket from Paytm - literally they leave you in middle of ocean during travel time and even if bus is broken down they say "You didn't opt for Paytm assured so we can't do anything" - Dude literally I booked the service from your app - worst ever
