@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

When I ask @PaytmBank why is my account blocked its says we got suspicious activity login or transaction I have not done so after then when I submit my KYC documents but again you say observed suspicious activity please @PaytmBank @Paytmcare I need my money back please unblock.

@Paytmcare Paytm service is terrible. I am asking to deactivate my paytm postpaid service since last 2 months but every time they said we will do this after next billing cycle. Also they have no customer care executive I guess. Only bots are handling whole company.
