@Paytmcare paytm KYC is not free as company claims. The agency people charge 100/- for it. May be they have support from company representatives for collecting KYC fees. Hence they do it. Paytm care must confirm their percentage share in it.

@Paytmcare Paytm is such a fraud company. Beware of them. First it shows offers and then after payment offer rewards will not be provided. I have lost 250 INR because of you and my ticket is closed without listening to it and just bots are doing 27X7 help. Ticket ID: 198305960

Despite of several follow ups with the customer care I haven't got any proper response from @Paytm in the time of pandemic @vijayshekhar ur company is making fraud and harassing customers. This will force a person to take his own life bcz I believed in d @Paytm but it cheated me
