    @Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

    @Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

    @Paytmcare Thanks for your reply sahil, the issue is resolved just now. I deleted the Macrodroid App, then Paytm is working fine now

    I paid for a service that failed when it mattered. I request Paytm to provide a fair resolution and compensate me, as I had to bear the full cost of alternate travel due to the delay in resolving the issue.@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare #paytmissue

    I purchased the Alternate Trip Guarantee add-on while booking my train tickets through Paytm. My train was affected, and a voucher was generated, but I couldn’t redeem it due to a technical issue. I immediately raised a support ticket and tried contacting customer care.@Paytmcare

    There is no way to contact your support team. I raised a ticket, tried calling, and even raised my concern here, but received no response.Where am I supposed to get support? Who will compensate me for this issue? Isn’t Paytm responsible for resolving problems caused @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare As the screenshots show, your support confirmed only 1 ticket was cancelled and the other 3 remained confirmed until the day of travel. Your app updated their status only after I raised a query, and only then did you refund those 3 tickets separately.

    Hello, @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCareI am following up as I have not received any response yet. My issue is still not resolved. I have already shared video recordings and screenshots proving that I attempted to redeem the voucher on 27 June for the same route and the same passenger.
