    @Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

    @Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

    @Paytmcare @Paytm you have third class customer support. I have been repeatedly trying to get status on my ticket 500009441446,but all my efforts to reach you are in vain.Try to understand not every query can be solved through BOT,keep an option open for human interaction.

    @Paytmcare since years now we have been requesting for a sound PoS machine. Existing machine is not working since years now and even after repeated follow up with your lethargic third class local team there is absolute disregard to our concerns except fake commitments.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Very disappointed with your service. I clearly requested a new machine, but an old device was installed instead. The receipt printing is not working properly, causing issues with customers. Please resolve this urgently.
