@Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

@Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

I request @KotakBankLtd to inform me about failed payment status because 48 hours had expired. If you are not interested to come with positive solution than no problem. Iwill find a different alternative & listen @Paytm your payments also fail so do the business with transparency
