@Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

@Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

Made a wrong transaction. Raise a case and filled the reversal request form. Your automated message closing the case by saying the transaction was successful. Customer care keep telling me to re-upload the form What the heck. Where the support ? @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare initially after the verification, paytm personal loan shown me an loan offer of 2 lakh& I did completed all the steps. Even the emi tenure and amount all shown. But while entering the bank account details some network issue occured, Nw it's shwing application rejected

@Paytmcare I have an issue the represent is a bot keep telling me the same thing again and again. I was using phonep for 5 years since their failed to support me I changed to Paytm, I find this support is ridiculous.

@paytmbankcare But if bank was facing issue how did the money got deducted I made a transfer from @Paytm application anything that is deducted isnyour responsibility why should I contact bank of I had used their application I would definitely contact bank
