@Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

@Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

Despite of several attempts to resolve the issue for my credit payments it was all in vain, no response, no feedback, followed all the required procedures "n" number of times still the problem persists and the automated voice guide is total useless. Very disappointed @Paytm

@Paytmcare I kept on raising concern to customer care for more than a week! Still nothing. Again same thing we are escalating!! You say query will be resolved in four hours it's more than a week now! Made a mistake to book flight ticket on Paytm. Won't repeat that again!!
