@Paytmcare 6 days ago i have shared the details which you requested via DM and then no response or update on my issue. Why it is taking that much time? I was really frustrated on that match day why should we stand and see in hefty crowd even I paid same 20k for two tickets as others paid?!!

@Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

@Paytmcare on yr App thre is no customer care nos whre I cn talk 2 a executive & sort my issue. I dnt get why no such nos is available. Everythng in form of FAQ cnt help. Pl share yr nos bcz I need 2 speak.

@paytmbankcare Hey I, as mentioned on your website that the ac opening takes minutes, applied for current account. But 4-5 days to open an account! I think I should have get it done with any other banks like sbi or hdfc. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare behaving like an old aged govt bank. Delayed!

@Paytm getting the service worst day by day. Half the transactions goes in pending. Hire a better team who can fix the bugs.
