    @Paytmcare Respected sir On aug 1st 2000 amount was transfered by our customer through paytm but that amount was settled on the sbi account but that account was cancelled by use previously please transfer that money to our new account number 38034734077 on SBI

    Placed request for closure of @Paytm postpaid account for a week now, no response from customer care despite confirming response in 4hrs. No reply on 24x7 support now. Can smell another scam by these govt Sponsored organisations @RBI @suchetadalal

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @RBI Paytm is running without any kind of customer support. They have simply created an artificial customer support mechanism where they require everything to be done through app even if the issue faced by the customer is not covered in their list of issues.

    @Paytm A simple advice.. 1. Either use eKYC through aadhaar Card or disable KYC function. I use Paytm, I just Love it. Don't Look into the Share Price, Look into their service. I use paytm for payments but My friends prefer gpay because it doesn't need any kind of KYC.

    @PaytmTravelCare Thank you for the response,and to resolve my issues. I have received the refunded amount.Hope you would regulate those bus operators who would randomly call and cancel the bus ticket a night before the travel. @Paytmcare @Paytm
