    @Paytmcare issue related to fastag monthly pass is raised many times but it is always closed without providing any resolution. Time I go for buying monthly pass it says update application there is no update available at the Google Play Store.

    @Paytmcare Chating with them feel like you're talking with some robot they are using the same templates also there is no option to call to the CX service for Paytm postpaid

    @Paytm #vijayshekharsharma #paytm the worst app I have seen in recent time. Unable to talk with Paytm customer care. They are not solving the payment related problems. Better to avoid using paytm

    @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Customer care number was not reachable. Worst service. We tried so many times. Not connecting to customer care executive. After the language selection call was disconnecting. Please give response to customers.
