    @Paytm I'm ur customer but unable to login to my ac to recharge to my fastag. no way to sign in other than app and app does not let me get in. You chat does not solve my problem. please help. or let me know how to take away my fastag from you to others.

    Now, I am forced to upgrade to @paytm’s bank and can’t choose what I already have. Worse, the app doesn’t have a remedy. The 24/7 support will take you to automated chat support of ‘PayTm mall’. If you somehow find bank keyword, the app will force you in a loop. **** PAYTM!
