Hey @bankofbaroda , @PhonePe , @Paytm, your apps are showing my account balance as zero, which is incorrect. I was able to make a transaction, so I know the funds are there. Is there a system-wide issue? This can cause unnecessary panic for customers. #DigitalIndia #Banking

@Paytmcare I have contacted yesterday. sent DM. you guys didn't respond after saying at the earliest. this is what paytm is providing in the name of service. this is why i have took a long break and didn't do any bill payments using paytm. i would again refrain from using paytm

@Paytmcare I have Paytm sound box ,in initial you used to deduct 25rupees as sim Card charges bt now you are deducting 82 rupees as sim card charges? Without informing earlier? Unethical. And not even resposing on customer service. Worst service @Paytm @PaytmMoney
