    @Paytmcare some one else taken post paid loan from paytm using my PAN card. now it's showing due in my cibil report since 1 year. now there is no repayment option. from 4 months i am calling to paytm wallet dept. still the issue is not cleared.

    I have used the @Paytm app to make a payment and the amount was deducted from my account and not debited into the receiver's account. for this, I have raised a ticket on the @Paytm app and my problem still needs to be resolved they closed my ticket without my consent.

    I have kept a huge chunk of money in @Paytm FD. Now I am in need of money, since my account is frozen, I am not able to withdraw any amount. I have complained about this in your 24*7 support many times. But @Paytmcare closed my issue with out any solution.(2/3)

    @Paytmcare @shaikhejaz6969 @PaytmBank In my area , mostly merchant and single users myself also have deleted Paytm app , they all have been migrated to phone pay. Worst service ever. Looting money in terms of conveyance fees
