@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I'm not able to use my Paytm wallet as it's showing inactive and when I'm trying to do kyc it's showing we are not accepting new customer, how one can be new customer. Kindly activate my Wallet immediately or will move to consumer helpline.

@Paytm UPI has a purpose to send or receive money instantly so if there is any issue with your platform or intermediate systems kindly make provision to cancel that transaction

@Paytm I have done a transaction on 24.4.2022 at Kushal general Store ( using Paytm business) with UPI ref no- 211464355196, but payment not received by store, though amount has been deducted from my upi acount. I tried contacting customer care but they did not provided solution.

I have an issue with my account my #paytm merchant account shows my wrong name and has verified PAN that I never provided. Maybe some errors or what. But now I can't correct it because the customer service isn't doing great. @Paytm @Paytmcare
