@vijayshekhar @Paytm hi paytm 24×7 is not helpful frankly speaking its not good at all. You should have an option where customer can chat with executive or jus keep an other option. You're jus preassuming few problems and we are forced to have solutions only for them.

Paytm has gone rogue... blocked my account stating suspicious activity.. when i try to reach out to customer care,stupid bot doesn't understand my problem and they don't reply your mails even after 12hrs. How can I pull out Bank statement if account is blocked @Paytm @Paytmcare
