@paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Any company operating in a country like india should have robust & adequate infrastructure to serve the large number of customer's.Paytm has not been able to handle neither fasttag issues or payment frauds. Every day their are 10000 of frauds.

@Paytm Paytm services are getting worst ,want to close my fast tag account as I have sold my car and app is not allowing it to do .. one can see the service level .. autonomous chat for closure is not working .. and unnecessary giving error .. this is not the way to retain customer
