And if we choose different options it always shows the bank servers is not responding. I have tried all the cards and NetBanking options also tried the upi option as well.

I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.
