@Paytm @paytmostpaid @Paytmcare When we pay any amount from Paytm postpaid to any merchant a percent get deducted . Why will a merchant bear that cost ,it is a bug which need to be removed. Merchant bear the loss when customer pay through Paytm postpaid instead gpay/phonepe.

Bank are not involved in app operations. The technical glitch for not proceeding with cancellation is of paytm but alas @Paytm is more interested to shell off from their work. No solution provided even after giving patiently enough time to solve the issue. (2/n)
