I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents. This led to loss of business because we had to use a personal QR code to accept payments. We are now going ahead with @PhonePe and I will make it a point to strongly recommend people to NOT use your services. Rot in hell ********.
