    @Paytmcare @NPCI_BHIM Hello Pay when this problem will be solved every time I try to pay SIP by using UPI money will *** debited but Paytm won't reflect bit causing me delay in SIP. Please take some serious note I am complaining 5th time.

    @Paytmcare Extremely dissapointing SERVICE not only via App but also on Twitter. Sent details including DM's with all info & documentary evidence. NOT EVEN an Acknowledgement, let alone taking a look & trying to understand & solve the issue. Time to DISCONTINUE using @Paytm app.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I am using almost all Paytm service since longback Mr Vijay want to take paytm at top tech giant but Paytm team not doing well I was about take Paytm 1st membership , before that I was ordering ๐Ÿ• but app disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ž very pooooooor.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have made rent payment of Rs 34340, and it is showing as in process .I have called customer support they are saying payment status as failed but in app it is showing as in process. In the last month also i have done payment it has also taken 3 days to reflect

    Dear Team @Paytm @Paytmcare I had booked flight ticket. Flight was cancelled due to operational issues. I had asked for refund. It's not done. PNR T5G6HT, Total amount paid by me 13560. Plz adjust the cashback amount and issue refund at the earliest.

    @Paytmcare @NPCI_BHIM same issue happened again dear Paytm. Whenever I have tried to pay SIP using app and UPI money got debited but payment didn't reflected in your aap causing me due on SIP. Tell me what you needed for further help.

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Any company operating in a country like india should have robust & adequate infrastructure to serve the large number of customer's.Paytm has not been able to handle neither fasttag issues or payment frauds. Every day their are 10000 of frauds.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I am unable to use my wallet and about Rs.4000/= are locked in that. I have got KYC done at my own cost but nothing happened. It just doesn't allow me to use my own money lying in my wallet. Please help.

    @Paytm A recharge from paytm was a UPI transaction. I did not get my money back due to payment decline. I also complained to customer care. I have not received a good reply from there. I request you to get my money back soon. If you do, people will not believe you. @PhonePe_

    @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

    @Paytm was trying to do KYC through video call & the agent left asking to visit the nearby physical center during this prevailing COVID lockdown. What a pathetic customer service without any sort of empathetic and meaningful interactions agent. @vijayshekhar
