  @Paytmcare @Paytm I would like to request a feature to have a dedicated statement download option for Pocket Money either via filter or directly in the Pocket Money Payment History section. It will help people to see the spend summary on monthly basis to compare.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare unable to pay my electricity bill due to an “Internal Criteria” error. I dont frequently recharge or pay bills i use Paytm only occasionally. If basic payments cant be relied upon, whats the point of using the platform? Please look into this.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm I was booked flight ticket from Paytm without login but due to some reason i want to cancel this flight ticket within 24 hrs. As per ministry of aviation any ticket of cancelled within 24 hrs they will get full refund amount.

  @paytm my phone got stolen and the thief has setup new paytm upi and changed my upi pin and done the transaction worth rs 94,999 I have also lodged a cyber crime complaint when I login to paytm in my device it is showing no active session but he is actively trying to do payments

  @Paytm @Paytmcare is a total scam I cancelled gold SIP on PayTM but it is not cancelling it Their customer care doesn't exist, and chatbot is designed to never solve a query They don't let you even delete your bank account; never doing business with them again #scam #fraud

  1/5 @Paytmcare What is happening in your system? I’ve been trying to complete device verification for the last 3 days but keep getting “Verification couldn’t be completed – We didn’t receive the verification SMS”. I already have an unlimited recharge pack + extra top-up balance on my number. Still not able to login. Please resolve this urgently.
