    @Paytmcare my wallet is inactive for want of minimum KYC. But when I try to do KYC through my PAN Card or passport number, I get error msg that doc is already in use & to try another document. If doc is already in use why is my wallet not active? Pl advise.

    Worst Service I have ever come across, No one is actually interested in solving the issue but wants somehow the phone should be disconnected. Paytm Customer care executive said to disconnect the phone and you will receive the solution- YA right 😡😡. @Paytmcare
