    @airtelbank @Paytm @Paytmcare And when calling to Airtel Customer care they are telling that transaction is successful, you should call Paytm Customer Care. Is this a joke to transfer here and there to the customers?

    @airtelbank @Paytm @Paytmcare What the hell is this? I am adding amount in Paytm Wallet, amount debited from Airtel Payments Bank and transaction got failed. When I am calling Paytm Customer Care then I am continuously hearing technical issue.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm paytm account deactivation is frustration. Online kyc not available is 2nd level frustration. Only physical KYC needs to be done is 3rd level. All physical KYC centers don't do paytm kyc is the highest level of frustration. Worst service
