@Paytmcare I booked a bus ticket from kashmiri gate to gonda 7.30 pm, 9-october-2021. Bus operator called me to tell bus is canceled. I asked him to pls cancel ticket on paytm so i can book another ticket, but he started abusing me and said go talk to paytm. Pls help me

@Paytm I keep getting emails that my PayTm postpaid amount is blocked because of non payment of 751 which is over due since 7/10 but PAY opens error page & mobile app does not throw any reminders, & when I touch PayTm Post Paid, it says we have captured your interest. Pathetic😖

Hello @Paytm I want to address a issue to your notice here is the detailed information about the same:- On 10th September we planned a trip to Gokarna from Bangalore and booked bus tickets from most trusted site (Paytm) but on that day the operator didn't turned up.(1/1)

@Paytmcare Trying to reach ur customer care through app, call and email and even twitter.. no response from ur end. My account is debited during a gateway transaction but the transaction was not successful . But still no refund.
