  @Paytmcare you have pathetic customer support service. I had booked a bus from Paytm app but the bus cancelled that too when I connect with the bus driver. Your app didn’t provide any info. After complaint I still not received my refund. Is this the service you are delivering?

  My Paytm account suddenly got logged out and now it says “your mobile number has been blocked.” My bank account and UPI work on other apps. I also have ₹1700 stuck in UPI Lite. I cannot even access support because login is required. Please help escalate this issue.@Paytmcare

  @Paytm Why is my mobile no bearing blocked from accessing paytm.I have not done any transaction suspicious.I have been using Paytm for many days and if this happens to me it is quite frustrating.Solve the issue quickly and I have messaged to paytm cares but no reply. @Paytmcare

  Frustrated with @IndiGO6E & @Paytm. Why encourage booking through Paytm Flights when customer support is a complete ghost town? First time booking this way and it’s the worst experience. Nothing but useless chatbots from Paytm, and zero actual response from either company.

  @Paytm The app is not working. For the last two weeks, after opening it, it gives the error "Malicious application detected. Uninstall application and restart device." I have tried resetting the device, but the issue persists. other banking apps are working fine only paytm not working
