@Paytmcare are you busy or anything else. Why the cashback is not credited after 7 days for the rapido ride I have done on 05/11/21. Shared all the details through DM but no response. Pathetic service. Better to use other platform who provides faster cashback.

@Paytm Less update in design, my father and most of the people of my father age use paytm and every other week app design changes which is causing so much problem in using the app plus there is some lag while using app many time even in flagship phone please improve

@Paytm Provide a telephone number for customer support for @PaytmMoney . Currently its just a support over app message. Customers prefer to talk to understand the things instead of exchanging multiple messages which is time consuming as the reply takes time to come. @salonimalhotra
