  @Paytmcare Despite meeting all the conditions, I still received the same error. Because of this, I had to pay for my travel from my own pocket. I paid extra for ATP but didn’t receive a timely resolution. What is the purpose of this package if it cannot be used when it’s actually needed?

  @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

  @Paytm Is this how you value and treat your customers? Repeated assurances without any actual resolution are extremely disappointing. Please provide a clear timeline and resolve my issue at the earliest.

  @Paytm the most pathetic service- its a scam I booked a flight from mum - blr, when i tried to check in, it said it was cancelled, no one contacted, neither is there any helpdesk to answer your queries, you will just be redirected by the ivr from one extention to another

  @Paytmcare still haven't received the new policy. I am extremely disappointed with the service from both Paytm and Tata AIG. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Please help me and issue my policy as soon as possible. I am very worried. Thank you.

  Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare stop using an AI bot to call and harass B2B customers. AI bot is not a key account manager. B2B customers need actual human support.

  @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.
