  @Paytmcare Issue with ur fast tag. Existing Sticker got changed recently but the account remained same, but it is not reflecting on the newsticker. The balance added is going into the previous stickered account.(The account is same). A huge confusion. Need immediate attention.

  @Paytmcare I’m trying my best to get one of y’all to help me on every social media platform but it’s taking ages to get it sorted with one person. Convenience fee is non refundable is something you’ve been saying but aren’t there exceptions to it especially when it’s not the customer
