@Paytmcare Made n-number of attempts to reach through 24X7 help & support. Chat-box is useless. No way to talk to the phone executive as the number 01203888388 is the system-driven automatic call centre software solution that does not address my concern. (4/5)

@Paytmcare The main reason for closing PAYTM universal payment system account is extremely poor customer service. I have used the Paytm App as a national payment system in India for a couple of years. Of late I experienced the PAYTM is enforcing rules unilaterally. (1/5)

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I was charged late payment of 590 twice last year by paytm postpaid, considering hideous deductions, I complained to deactivate postpaid and stopped using it. Now again bill generated of 420 without any transaction. No response from support.
