@Paytm @Paytmcare it still hasn't been resolved from your side. I have done legal consulting and final outcome is to go through proper legal channels. I am very much disappointed with and organisation of such caliber isn't able to resolve and issues which I was able to identify.

Ms Mamta. When asked Why is this service charges : 1st @IndiGo6E rep said that the traveller is not Senior citizen upon confirming the credentials when it’s identified that the @IndiGo6E rep. is wrong it’s told that these are being charged of a booking is done via @Paytm.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar sir first complaint was done on 12th Jan and they haven't resolved my issue yet. Every month mailing about penalty charges inspire of that they have helped then it will be good.
