I took loan amount of ₹ 4000 in Jan first week from @Paytm (Paytm postpaid). But on 31st Jan they blocked my paytm account because one transaction amount i recieved is from fraud user. @Paytmcare service is too bad. they replied my queries after a week and asks for the prove.

@Ashneer_Grover @PhonePe @Paytm Get an App for Cheque Scan , Check Amt in bank accnt , block the amt after verifying signature and once scanned, accnt holder cant stop the cheque to avoid BOUNCE issues. Even Scan and get Paid immediately, RBI gets the data online

@PaytmPaytm14 @DelhiPolice @Paytmcare I asked for help from Paytm on twitter and this person tweeted me. I accidentally called him and he right away sent me an OTP stating that he will be able to solve my query. But being an aware citizen I didn’t share any of my details and hang up the call.

@Paytmcare @PaytmCybercell there was a fraudulent transaction from my paytm postpaid and wallet... sum of 61482 got deducted .... I had to get my account blocked as the security was breached.... there is no response from paytm and you disown this fraudulent transaction...pl help
