    3 days ago an agent from Paytm came to me and gave me a sound box which stopped working the very next day and they also charged me money, now I am continuously calling but he is not picking my calls @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Hello Sahil, when can i get the refund ? I have deducted another Rs.649 due to NACH failure for the other EMI. So far i have been deducted with Rs. 1298 because of this issue. Who will compensate it?

    Dear @Paytm, my issue is still unresolved, yet my support ticket has been closed. Closing a ticket without providing a solution is frustrating. Please review my case and help resolve the issue.
