    Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!

    Hello, @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCareI am following up as I have not received any response yet. My issue is still not resolved. I have already shared video recordings and screenshots proving that I attempted to redeem the voucher on 27 June for the same route and the same passenger.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund as it's already been 10 days.
