    @airindiain @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I had booked flight ticket from Goa to Tirupati through Paytm app. Booking id: 12569272707. But due to some technical issues with air India flight journey got cancelled by air lines. I had requested for refund amount RS. 4331/- from Paytm.

    @Paytm Very disappointed by the way Paytm customer care has is handling my request. I had booked a flight last year,which got canceled because of Covid 19 , the airline has refunded my amount 2 months back but I have still not recieved it from Paytm's side.

    I request to @Paytm and @MyIndianBank bank please look in the matter and please please please resolve this as soon as possible because we are in serious money needs and getting your money stuck for 3 to 5 days is a big matter for us please help us resolve this as soon as possible
