I have done payment and amount deducted from my account But not delivered to merchant app. Paytm not providing help customers in his customer service section Customer care executive talking rudely to customers. Paytm create fraud with customers. @PaytmBank @Paytmcare .

@Paytm your video KYC service is rubbish. I have tried at least 10 times and it fails at various steps. When I requested KYC at doorstep, no one bothered to confirm or show up. You allowed me to put money in my wallet. Now you won’t let me take it out!! @RBI

@Paytmcare Hi Paytm customer helpline team . My concern for paytm postpaid account . 1 year ago we have close my Paytm postpaid account. But now i have re activate my Paytm postpaid account but its showing you are not eligible. So please suggest for this .
