@vijayshekhar called multiple times, when ask for supervisor/manager they keep me on long hold and thn disconnect. The manager also doesn't want to talk. If you want to On the top thn be like Amex & Citi.. Really disheartening and bad service. @Paytm #customerservice

@Paytm @vijayshekhar pathetic customer service. No response as no one in team want to help. Booked train tickets, train got cancelled, and your app didn't allow me to file TDR in that given timeframe. IRCTC says connect with your vendor. Need help! Get me my money refunded..

@Paytmcare I had a transaction of 2000 which was not received by the receiver. Trying to find option to explain this to paytm customer care, but it seems paytm does not take any call or resolve any queries. I am going to complain to consumer court if not get the money back
