    @Paytmcare I used paytm postpaid service last month but even after payment of my dues they didn't update it on time and now are asking me to pay full amount again with extra fees, even after providing th see necessary details. They are happy to destroy my cibil score.

    Paytm has destroyed my credit score shame on you. Earlier it was 815, now its 755. I can't believe what pathetic service you guys have for your postpaid customers. I am never going to take money from you anymore in any form. Never trust paytm blindly @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare the existing 24x7 paytm helpline allows only pre listed issues..big handicap…cudn’t find any email I’d for non listed issues…paytm should provide a general email Id to allow feedback on non listed issues…
