    Paytm is a massive fraud. They took the money from my business transactions and have caused severe financial distress for months. No support, no real reason—just empty delays. This needs to be addressed legally.” @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @RBI

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    @Paytmcare Nobody seems to be following up my issue, atleast give me a number where i can reach your support team. How can a transaction be in pending status even after 72 hours? I don't want an update anymore, i want my refund, otherwise ready to pay the fine as per RBI after T+5 days.
