@vijayshekhar Many of your customers like me who paid through Paytm wallet on 7 October at Flipkart is facing a transaction issue Our money was deducted from wallet but money was not credited to the merchant. @Paytmcare is not giving any resolution and my money is stuck @Paytm

@Paytmcare Paytm has worst customer care , no solution , only call and call, no clear information , I have raised my ticket for account closer. Paytm don’t want to close my account . As per policy they take 25 days for close account .

@Paytmcare I m facing problems to retrieve my old account .I forgotten the mobile no. Which was registered.trying to open new account but not able to do that due to document already in use. No support from customer care via no. or 24×7 support team. Kindly help for the same.
