@vijayshekhar @Paytm I am regularly connected and calling with the agent and customer care but still my device not surrender yet andmonthly rental charges are deducting from my account since 7 months having a major loss with Paytm pos machine and 354 is the monthly charges. (2/2)

Inadvertently made double payment for my health insurance of @BajajAllianz, one of the payment was made through @Paytm using my @HDFC_Bank credit card choosing EMI option. None of the customer care is providing any resolution and my money is stuck. Need help!
