  @vijayshekhar @Paytm I am regularly connected and calling with the agent and customer care but still my device not surrender yet andmonthly rental charges are deducting from my account since 7 months having a major loss with Paytm pos machine and 354 is the monthly charges. (2/2)

  @Paytm @Paytmcare paytm postpaid customer service is worst my bank server was down I was unable to pay the postpaid amount then charge 100 fine and started calling 10 times a day for 100 rupees. If bank server is down how can a person use his upi to pay, they even not listen you

  @vijayshekhar @Paytm my bank is showing a successful transaction but paytm wallet transaction is successful. In the end I know paytm has duped the INR 5000. My upi transaction id is 112556443044. Please assist bcs executive and customer support are not helping.#SupportPhonePe
