@vijayshekhar @Paytm I am regularly connected and calling with the agent and customer care but still my device not surrender yet andmonthly rental charges are deducting from my account since 7 months having a major loss with Paytm pos machine and 354 is the monthly charges. (2/2)

1/4 The support team of @Paytmcare and @paytmbankcare is pathetic.. They will not understand customers issue and keep on asking same thing again and again. I needed to restore my old paytm account which was in use for few years but became inactive which I am not sure why.

I have applied for @Paytm credit card since 5 weeks. All I get is calls from customer care who ask my full Kundali in each call. 10-12 calls till now. My friends got @ICICIBank credit card within 2 weeks. Will apply for icici.
