@vijayshekhar @Paytm I am regularly connected and calling with the agent and customer care but still my device not surrender yet andmonthly rental charges are deducting from my account since 7 months having a major loss with Paytm pos machine and 354 is the monthly charges. (2/2)

1/2 I tried to do KYC at @Paytm 15 days back and I was shocked that an unknown no. was linked to my Aadhaar. Reported the issue to @Paytmcare immediately and all I got was sheer negligence.
