@vijayshekhar @Paytm I am regularly connected and calling with the agent and customer care but still my device not surrender yet andmonthly rental charges are deducting from my account since 7 months having a major loss with Paytm pos machine and 354 is the monthly charges. (2/2)

@vijayshekhar @paytm Hello sir, I rohit kumar from ranchi having Linux pos machine of Paytm payment bank i requested to surrender my machine of last week of January of 2022 i got promised from the customer care department that the device will deactivate within 1 week. (1/2)

@Paytmcare And what can you say to Paytm...the costumer care number are just to make you wait and never connect...and when raised a issue using their 24×7 chat support they say that the complaint is been forwarded and after 5-7days thay reply that talk to flipkart..what can I do

@Paytmcare I used Paytm upi to purchase some goods from flipkart, but due to some issues I cancelled it and it's been more then 2months and I haven't got any refund. when talked to flipkart they say that is been done by their end.

@GooglePay your payment has higher failure rate than @Paytm and @PhonePe_. And bigger issue than failure is stuck payments which you say might take 3 days to reflect in my or merchant account. When buying things who would wait for it to get it cleared? This is pure mess.
