    Dear @Paytm ,the vendor got msg the amount will settle 7 am. What type of upi service you providing even after 15 hrs. The payment not credited to vendors account.@UPI_NPCI kindly look into the issue

    @Paytmcare while paying online through @Paytm wallet the transaction failed twice. The money is added to wallet, it shows it is paid to the payee but the same is not received from them. Any help will be appreciated in this regard. Thanks.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Sir, I tried reaching out to you executive but there is no way to reach to them when we need. And there is every possibility that they can call whenever they want. I was using Paytm since 3 years. If my problem is not resolved i will delete the app

    @Paytm @FASTag_NETC @nitin_gadkari vehicle was blacklisted last week. Have already raised the issue and recharged Paytm but it still shows low balance. Vehicle is still blacklisted despite raising multiple tickets

    @Paytm Bad experience your customer executive ROHIT KUMAR behaviour is unprofessional & very rude. He kept my call on hold and it's still on hold for the last 15 minutes when I told him to transfer it your senior one.

    Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare I have raised 6 tickets , called twice and visited 3 centres to get my KYC done and it is still showing error for my phone number. Absolutely no help. Time waste and I am unable to receive my payments. Do better
