@AirAsiaSupport What nonsense @AirAsiaSupport @AirAsia cutting call multiple times during conversation. Not responding to initiate any refund maing excuses to call Travel agent @Paytm . @DGCAIndia pls get to this issue all we are facing. No proper communication by any end.

Dear @Paytm ,the vendor got msg the amount will settle 7 am. What type of upi service you providing even after 15 hrs. The payment not credited to vendors account.@UPI_NPCI kindly look into the issue

As far as I have heard paytm service is very fast but according to me it is proving very slow, if you file any complaint related to paytm then it takes total 14days but today it has been 17days since I filed a complaint for KYC transfer but my problem is yet not resolved @Paytm

@Paytm Paytm it seems is fleecing customers. For an electricity bill payment of BSES Rajdhani through credit card, Paytm charges fees of Rs.151.83. But, if you pay the same bill on BRPL website, the fees charged is Rs.78.47. The fees charged by Paytm is almost 100% extra.
