  Trying to onboard with Paytm Business but stuck at the very first step. I’m unable to contact support since it says I’m not a registered customer — but that’s exactly why I’m trying to onboard.   @Paytm this is extremely frustrating. I made a wrong UPI transfer last night and have been trying to get human support since 8 AM. Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.

  @Paytm sold me a 20k worth gift card for MakeMyTrip valid for 1 year but it was blocked because of technical glitch since Oct 25(record showed redeemed at Lenskart 5k worth). They fixed this two days before expiry date (6th April) and now don’t want to take any responsibility .
