  @Paytmcare I am using latest iOS Stable version and i thought about network connectivity so i climbed the terrace of my home and still it did not work, the verification says it takes about 20 sec within 3 secs it throws error to me

  @Paytm @Paytmcare very annoyed at this moment because of your service you provide me the timing at 8 40 am and I reached on 8 15 am but interestingly the bus operator is saying that the bus left at 7 am. How's this possible? I have the call recording. You wasted my time.

  My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare
