    So @Paytm has not sent me a single statement for their post paid service and has now charged me late payment fees and after repeated requests, I am yet to receive a single statement on my registered email id. The RBI by it's law mandates a statement to customers. Explain?

    Fund got deducted from ICICI Bank account but in added in paytm wallet, already 6 months old, paytm customer care executives are suggesting charge back procedure but ICICI is asking for merchant proof. My money is pending amidst this. Help me. @Paytm

    @vijayshekhar I think you should work on hiring some good staff for the @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare . I had the worst experience with your team and they aren't even able to solve a problem from more than 1.5 month.
