    @Paytmcare, what's going on with paytm. Credit card payments failed, cashback points are not getting added, cashback takes a lot of time to get added into the account, and only when a ticket is raised in the help and support section.

    @Paytmcare As per the confirmation received, the necessary changes have been done by the lender. It may take 10 working days for the changes to reflect in CIBIL and 30 days to reflect in other bureaus.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare #unsatisfied #nottrustworthy I need to connect with customer service but there are no options to connect with customer support over phone call. Yesterday I have done payment by PaytmUPI which is still pending but amount is debited. So who will clear my payment.

    @Paytmcare As Discussed over the call, you have confirmed that you require 48 hours more to get the issue sort out. Kindly make it a priority. Note: - If reported to CIBIL please proceed for CIBIL suppression.
