@AirAsiaSupport What nonsense @AirAsiaSupport @AirAsia cutting call multiple times during conversation. Not responding to initiate any refund maing excuses to call Travel agent @Paytm . @DGCAIndia pls get to this issue all we are facing. No proper communication by any end.

@Paytm @Paytmcare a potential bug. When I go to 24/7 support, click on my already opened ticket related to kyc, which asks me to upload docs. Click on 'refwr this GIF'...now cannot go back to the ticket from gif...it keeps on playing it, in loop...android, latest Paytm app...

Worst service by @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Waiting for settlement to bank from 16th Oct. Contacted customer care thrice. Each time they said they'll call again in 2 days. They never did. It's more than 10 days, my money is stuck. Never use Paytm Business!
