    @Paytmcare My payment was failed though money was already deducted from my slice credit card account. I tried to contact with Paytm coustomer care team but there is no response from your side. I kindly request you to please raise this issue and solve it soon.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney A fruad happen with me on 2nd-Oct-2019 & I registered the complaint "142072581"on 3rd Oct to recover my account,I used to call paytm everyday 3-4 hours to resolve my issue, However they don't uknow basic English nd proper writing issues

    I have requested to delete my Paytm account(on old number) as I want to create a new account(on new numbr). I called Customer service & than tried through app. Its already 3rd day &nothing has happened. Such a crap customer service. Disappointed! @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare I am really frustrated with your customer care service.I made a payment of Rs1284 on Sep15 by my wallet, but merchant did not receive it.They even showed me their transaction history.But paytm customerCare is simply closing my ticket saying merchant has received it.

    @sulabhpuri @Paytm @Freecharge That's I don't use CRED, always use NEFT for credit card payment, fast and reliable, more importantly no middle-man involved so no delays no issues.
