@Paytmcare For the first time in life. I found out that Paytm support is useless. There were two failed transactions from my Paytm bank and it has been 3 days already, deducted amount isn't refunded yet. Chatbot keeps telling me that it will arrive in two working days.

i paid to a mechant 10 thousand rupees but it got stuck in gateway I didn't not received money in my account it's been 48 hours & toll free 24*7 not connecting my calls. If my problem is not resolve in 24 hours I will go a leagal action against ur gateways @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

I have transacted an amount twice to other UPI user on 16th April 2023 and the transaction was failed.Paytm care assured that amount will return back within 2 working days but no amount returned . This is the worst experience i have seen from Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare
