    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney A fruad happen with me on 2nd-Oct-2019 & I registered the complaint "142072581"on 3rd Oct to recover my account,I used to call paytm everyday 3-4 hours to resolve my issue, However they don't uknow basic English nd proper writing issues

    @slice_cares @sliceit_ @Paytmcare My payment was failed though money was already deducted from my slice credit card account.I tried to contact with coustomer care team but there is no response from your side.I kindly request you to please raise this issue and solve it soon.

    Absolutely unacceptable service by Paytm. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been ZERO response on my refund. Ticket IDs: 200011257375 & 200011295667 Airline has already processed the refund to you. why delay? Stop holding customer money and take accountability. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Hi, I have called ur customer care multiple times but cant able to connect to them. Even raised complaint to close my business account and soundbox service. But ticket raised last month but no one bothers. Please let me know the solution for this.

    Booked RSRTC bus via Paytm (Sirsa → Sri Ganganagar, 21 Apr 2026, 10:58 AM). No bus info, no staff support at pickup point. Conductor first refused ticket, later allowed on adjustment. Faced delay & stress. Please take action & provide refund. @Paytm @RSRTC_OFFICIAL
