    @sliceit_ @Paytmcare My payment was failed though money was already deducted from my slice credit card account. I tried to contact with coustomer care team but there is no response from your side.I kindly request you to please raise this issue and solve it soon as possible.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney A fruad happen with me on 2nd-Oct-2019 & I registered the complaint "142072581"on 3rd Oct to recover my account,I used to call paytm everyday 3-4 hours to resolve my issue, However they don't uknow basic English nd proper writing issues

    @Paytmcare My UPI Lite balance is still zero after a failed transaction on March 30. Refund received for the failed transaction, but my existing balance vanished. Human support is non existent and the AI bot keeps closing my tickets. Please help! Ticket: #200011160946

    @Paytmcare How can you say that my issue is resolved when I cannot still login to paytm in the second workspace. If you guys cannot fix it, then please accept that you are technically not capable of providing solution. Please don't lie.

    There is no support available from paytm on actual issues. All they have is drop down menu where queries are not listed, IVR keeps repeating stupid queries, no email or contact to raise issues. Don’t know how will they resolve issue despite their claim of 24x7 support. @Paytm
