@Paytmcare My payment was failed though money was already deducted from my slice credit card account. I tried to contact with Paytm coustomer care team but there is no response from your side. I kindly request you to please raise this issue and solve it soon.

For anyone looking to invest in @paytm, India's @alipay, wait 1/2 month and then HODL for 2 years because they will crack small biz lending (kirana stores will list goods on paytm and send payment links) working with @TheOfficialSBI and installment plans for📱will become cheaper

What an useless application PAYTM when i have done 2 times video KYC and then too my paytm bank not working useless **** app and no customer care support from paytm just a bullshit application. GPAY, work better then this please paytm customer cares support contact me @Paytmcare

Made a UPI transaction of ₹3000 from @GooglePayIndia to @Paytm on 13 Nov'21. Both app showing successful transaction but amount is not credited to the beneficiary's account till date. Raised issue to both app but no resolution is provided neither replying. #gpay #paytm #failed

@Paytm @Paytmcare My postpaid account which I was using for around 2 years got suspended due to some technical issue. I reached out to customer care and they told me I am not eligible for postpaid account. How can that be so when I never missed on paying the bill nor it was idle.

@Paytmcare 7. At midnight 15 more transactions happened. Some fail some pass. 9 pass. 8. I see messages in the morning. 9. Try paytm app to report issue. To find out Paytm app is useless for folks with problem. No usefull customer care number 10. Provide details to @Paytmcare on Twitter.

Hi @sshreyas, I have a feedback for the @Paytm app. While booking cricket match tickets, the image of layout of the stadium is displayed such that one can select the zone to but tickets. *The displayed image is not zoomable* so it's almost impossible to read the characters on it.
