@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney A fruad happen with me on 2nd-Oct-2019 & I registered the complaint "142072581"on 3rd Oct to recover my account,I used to call paytm everyday 3-4 hours to resolve my issue, However they don't uknow basic English nd proper writing issues

@PaytmBusiness @Paytm I have won 5 referal reward yesterday but amount no credited to bank account yet. In app it showing that you have won reward then why it is not credited to my account till now? More than 24 hrs are passed but no response and after calling support team they didnt Even listen.

@Paytm why don’t u have proper customer support? I wanted to close my fastag, the app shows its not even delivered, while I have been using it over the past year. Tried all means to contact u,everytime I am asked to close via the app which never works! Such a horrible experience
