@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney A fruad happen with me on 2nd-Oct-2019 & I registered the complaint "142072581"on 3rd Oct to recover my account,I used to call paytm everyday 3-4 hours to resolve my issue, However they don't uknow basic English nd proper writing issues

@Paytmcare I tried more than 50 times but i am unable to do kyc in paytm postpaid. Selfie kyc. Even when i am in good light area without any distortion. when i tried for 24*7 help line it is worst time wasting area no help from there every problem is solved without actually solving it.

@kunalb11 It is very convenient to use but I rarely find people who are registered on WhatsApp pay. ultimately everyone asks for @Paytm Whatsapp not promoting it properly could be the only issue. And people are so happy with paytm and gpay, so referral also doesn't work :P
