    Dear @Paytm ,the vendor got msg the amount will settle 7 am. What type of upi service you providing even after 15 hrs. The payment not credited to vendors account.@UPI_NPCI kindly look into the issue

    @AirAsiaSupport What nonsense @AirAsiaSupport @AirAsia cutting call multiple times during conversation. Not responding to initiate any refund maing excuses to call Travel agent @Paytm . @DGCAIndia pls get to this issue all we are facing. No proper communication by any end.

    Its so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @Paytm Please review this matter urgently. Due to poor coordination and no support from Chandra Raj Travels staff, I suffered inconvenience and missed my journey. Kindly arrange an immediate refund and take action against such unprofessional behavior.
