    Dear @Paytm ,the vendor got msg the amount will settle 7 am. What type of upi service you providing even after 15 hrs. The payment not credited to vendors account.@UPI_NPCI kindly look into the issue

    @Paytmcare My friend verified KYC from his nearest paytm kyc centre. But when he transacted more than 2 Lakh last month, his account was restricted. I myself tried sending money many times, but failed. He contacted customer care, they had no idea either. What can he do now?

    @Paytm Thare are awkward feature for fund transfer wallet to account.. many people ask about it, required this option on front page.. currently options available at >all service>wallet>transfer to account..

    @Paytmcare How can the bank refund when it has got deducted from its end and other side receiver has not recd it, middle man is you hence I would require resolution from you. Above response does not sound convincing and unlike a customer care

    @Paytm Do not make false promises to resolve a customer issue. Remove customers support section from App. It is absolutely useless. 4 months still waiting for resolution. Check your DM, no one responded after endless follow ups . Do not ask me to share again.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes it's diacussed but not received resolution. Fraud @Paytm is ******* with u providing cashback offer mentioned on ur app. But no one VI customer is getting actual cashbacks recharged from ur app as per t&c provided.
