  Your Complaints Resolution mechanism / 24X7 Help Section is so pathetic that Person cannot even write his/her issue. There is no option of typing. Only bot replies are to be selected. No Ececutive is there to resolve the issues related to payment failures. @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytm Paytm is having very bad customer service. They raised a ticket for my issue with wallet but none working. Everytime a bot replies a generic message & routing me to different different helpline categories. I did full kyc long ago but suddenly they blocked my transactions

  @Paytm Usually, recharges are processed within 30 minutes but in some cases it may take up to 24 hours. We suggest you to wait & check back in sometime for the final status of order. **** off @Paytm @Paytmcare
