@AirAsiaSupport What nonsense @AirAsiaSupport @AirAsia cutting call multiple times during conversation. Not responding to initiate any refund maing excuses to call Travel agent @Paytm . @DGCAIndia pls get to this issue all we are facing. No proper communication by any end.

Dear @Paytm ,the vendor got msg the amount will settle 7 am. What type of upi service you providing even after 15 hrs. The payment not credited to vendors account.@UPI_NPCI kindly look into the issue

Such worse service. Even SBI customer service seems better when compared to @Paytm . Everytime I'm asked to wait for 1 week for my issue to be resolved and yet you guys fail. Whenever I call, there is no escalations team available. Pathetic.

@Paytmcare I had done kyc of my business using my business name,but when my customers tries to send money via paytm that time it shows different name. Calling customer care again & again till date issue is not resolved very poor & pathetic service.
