    @Paytmcare Postpaid has no customer support number. We can chat with computer Only . It's not helpful to solve the problem. I am now repenting that why i used this Paytm postpaid. Perhaps this would be first and last use of postpaid.

    @Paytmcare upi payment ref no: 300198703974 which got failed on 1 jan and money has been deducted from bank account still I haven’t received the amount back i have contacted bank customer care they said no payment have been refunded back. complaint ticket id : 3257230896
