I had called your @Paytm customer care for my issue related to soundbox and i got messages from them that they will contact me but they didn’t yet and i try to call but it cant possible so frustrating experience. didn’t expect that from a brand like you @Paytmcare

@Paytm its time for shutting down your business. I'm a full KYC user and my account was deactivated for no reason. Asking me to submit KYC details again. On doing so, getting an error to contact support. The fact here is ur support itself is sh*t. Its been almost 2 months now.

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank my paytm wallet is inaccessible since last 15 days, customer care is all making false commitments that same shall be cleared soon. Still no official feedback on completion, can’t raise ticket also. Dues / balance all in complete mess, urgent support indeed.

@Paytmcare Why refund from IRCTC Connect is delayed by 10 days? Refer ticket ID 22078870964.Closed without credit into Bank. See unexplainable delay from Paytm in refund of cancelled/rejected payment for a second time. Help mode to explain defect in full. Now not of use by cust.
