.@Paytmcare need urgent help with Paytm wallet. Didn't know u had such a hopeless customer service. After going through all the options in IVRS, I got a link in sms which directs me back to the app. What a joke. Can't wait to unlock my wallet,withdraw balance & close the account.

@Mobikwikdsupp1 Now they called me and asking for otp what kind wallet service you are providing in India @Paytm used to complete the transition within few seconds for you it's taking more than a month and still unable to answer what is going on with your system please try learn from @Paytm

In my credit report it's showing a credit line by Arthimpact digital loans, was probably created by PayTM postpaid pay few years back. I am not using that service. How to close this loan account? and also i message in DM but no response @Paytmcare @Paytm @ArthimpactFndtn
