@Paytmcare i want to report a fraud on Paytm account, i tried calling customer care but no one replied. Amount is being deducted from Paytm wallet and it is showing my car has passed a toll plaza in west bengal. But my car is standing below my home in a different state.

I mean if the payment was debited and I got a confirmation from @Paytm and @Rufilo_India customer care that they have a problem, then how could there be a problem at my end? So I reached out to @Rufilo_India escalation team.

@Paytmcare I ordered via the paytm thrive link a food order from Chinese wok...the amount was debited..it showed that the order has been delivered...i contacted the delivery rep... but got no response from him...there is no way I can contact the Thrive team as well...kindly help.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I am having the worst experience with paytm. My paytm wallet got freezed for unknow reason. On the chat menu i am asked to update my pan card which i am unanle to do so because it says internal error. And because of all this i am unble to use my fast tag.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I need to travel 250kms to Kolkata right now and my PAYTM wallet is frozen and I'm not able to add money for toll tax. This is pathetic, why I should pay 900 INR extra for your actions? Horrible service from paytm
