@Paytmcare Bloody pathetic customer service, a financial line of credit without customer service number. If customer skips the time line to pay bill in few hours you people send the customers details to third party for collection & threat to impact credit score. Paytm wake-up !!!

@paytm @PaytmBank @vijayshekhar Paytm services are really pathetic. I had paid one rent through paytm yesterday and the transaction got failed but the refund has not been credited to my account till now. There is no customer service also. Worst services paytm

1/2 @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare some of my account has been locked , I'm unable to use it when i contacted customer care they said it was wrongly credited to me by someone and they gave me 2 transaction id said there transaction are not supposed to send to you

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar no refund no resolution no response. Nothing had been done till now. Payment was done 4 months ago device was returned 1 month ago but still no refund. Is there a grievance team who can help us. Pathetic customer service.
