@Paytmcare @NPCI_BHIM money debited from Paytm bank account 2400/- - transferred using UPI phone number search. Not credited to the person. To solve your helpline needs something called as IIN number. Bhim helpline ask for 12 digit number. Both are not mentioned anywhere. Help

@Paytmcare It's annoying, paytm asking me to add a person as beneficiary to send even 100/200 Rs. No help from customer care, reinstalled app, open ticket, send screenshot but still no help. Never expected this from Paytm.
