  @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

  @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness @paytm URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard.   @PaytmBank @Paytm - Look at this from your Chatbot. We are living in the age of AI and your apps conversation goes like this. My 6-year-old can create a better bot using Claude than your customer care. Me: I want to transfer my balance and FD out of Paytm Payments Bank. Paytm Care: Please log into the Paytm Payments Bank app Me: But the app isn't working, it's been replaced by a notice Paytm Care: Very sorry about that. Can you detail the specific issue? Is it a freeze etc etc Me: It's been replaced by a notice saying that RBI has suspended the license. Paytm Care: I'm sorry but I'm not equipped. Please log in through the Payments Bank app.

  What a pathetic customer service is thi, @Paytm? I asked why the minimum order value wasn't mentioned in Flipkart's T&Cs, and your executive is just reading back the voucher terms instead of answering my question.

  Dear @Paytm & @TheOfficialSBI Its been 8 days since i did a transaction on #paytm using sbi debit card & the transaction got failed But didn't receive any refund yet. The refund reference number provided by Paytm showing invalid on sbi website. Please help @Paytmcare

  Pathetic service by paytm, My credit card bill payment via Paytm is stuck 'Pending' for around 2 days, Due date is in 2 days. App ticket raised but no human response. Phone helpline is automated and repeatedly points to useless chatbot. Please resolve immediately. @Paytmcare
