@Paytmcare @Paytm No one is helping. paytm postpaid has no direct support and automated chat is worst unable to connect with agent. after many dm there is no response and paytm postpaid account is blocked even after successfull payment on due date.

@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare continues with the line of "insufficient balance" Do have somebody senior look into the matter if you seriously want to handle this issue. Issue is a flawed suspend / resinstate paytm process that led to mis-handling of money in my paytm wallet.

@pnbindia They do as much fraud as they can. I did the transaction through the bank via UPI but @Paytm shows me it failed but the bank shows me that transaction into my passbook and didn't refund the money. Whenever i call customer care those ******** always say call later.
