@vijayshekhar this is intolerant. 18days has been passed, no resolution from your end. Paytm will not survive longer this way. You are just harassing your customer. @Paytmcare keep on telling me that give a private message and the. They no longer reply. #paytmshit

@Paytmcare The reply stated doesn't meet the requirement of resolving the issue and trust me Paytm should move out from ticket booking as they don't have a good bandwidth with it.

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare kindly do the work on time, if you can't provide the solution please atleast tell customer that you can not provide solutions. Mote than 4-5 senior I have talked, the repaet the same words please wait for 24-48 hours.
