    @Paytm I've booked train tickets from Paytm. My train (PNR 6607049973) was diverted due to some accident and I missed the next train (PNR 2345628644), a family of 5 in 3AC. Raised concern on @IRCTCofficial but no response yet. Cud you pls help us with refund as it was rail's miss

    @PaytmBusiness Sir @vijayshekhar I am using Paytm for many years and also do a lot of support and suggest to use Paytm. But I do not understand one thing that what the Paytm company wants .My Paytm sound box is not working since last one month no any response by @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare #slow #tepid customer support, in application & call only chatbot & voice bot, no complaints registration. I haven't get any response till now. It's just 24hrs more to file a legal suit in NCH @jagograhakjago & @RBI Digital ombudsman.

    @Paytmcare I’ve applied for Paytm postpaid 2 days ago and still I see Verifying kyc for 60 seconds and later it stuck in the same way. If you’re not willing provide service. It’s really of no use. Don’t do this mischief with customers. Poor service by @Paytm @vijayshekhar
