@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @UPI_NPCI I paid Rs. 1000 via paytm upi on 9 Jan 2021 but the transaction got failed and amount has been deducted. Till now no refund for the same has been initiated. Tired for talking with customer care they don't even respond also no response in the app.

@Paytmcare hey paytm, I'm not able to use the money i have in my food wallet. The support has been utterly useless and nightnare to navigate. Why can't you share a support email or phone number. The FAQ section is not helpful at all!
