From the looks of it, it seems that it’s and Algo at play as it starts with 1000rs, then steps down to 500rs and then to 100rs till the account depletes completely. 5 transactions in 60 seconds is definitely algo play. @Paytmcare @Paytm

Not to mention Paytm Support is broken. Unnecessary use of AI in support and almost impossible to connect with a real human over call or chat for any resolution. Such practices affect the trust of loyal users. Refund flow needs to be transparent. @Paytm
