@Paytm very bad service tmi have taken loan from Paytm which is in alliance to Hero Motocorp same has been auto detected as per loan tenure but still it is showing overdue in Paytm app absolutely worst service...

From the looks of it, it seems that it’s and Algo at play as it starts with 1000rs, then steps down to 500rs and then to 100rs till the account depletes completely. 5 transactions in 60 seconds is definitely algo play. @Paytmcare @Paytm

This has always been an issue with @Paytm @Paytmcare You ask "chat with us" and then there is just automated responses. How do you expect us to talk to a machine for a genuine complaint/issue?

@Paytmcare I tried multiple times to connect with postpaid customer care but there is no such customer care I called to paytm support team but they also unable to support . I logged the ticket but its getting automatically resolved with provide any solution
