@CRED_club @PhonePe @Paytm as per axis Bank customer service they are never given authority to take payment on behalf of them for credit card then why the hell you are taking payments on behalf of banks ??

Hi @Paytm! A few hours back, I was trying to make a payment of Rs.285 to a cab driver. I tried twice because it was not working. Now, I checked my bank account and I found that money is deducted twice from my account. I called the driver. He didn't recieve any money in his bank.
