@Paytmcare #patheticservice I can see you responding to all tweets with same issue and even they are getting refunds for bigger amount. Am I a different customer? Or you care differently to different customers all the time... I am so tired of calling, messaging, tweeting.

@CCAvenuePG struck in processing screen for more than half hour. Does page even time out, should say yes or no about payment in 2 minutes,lamount was deducted from @Paytm wallet but not reflected in @MC_GWMC website

@Paytmcare hopeless support from Paytm. Looks like @vijayshekhar is already a milionare and so dies not need customers. Updating mobile no which used to be easy earlier i now worse . Even Govt run banks have simpler and customer friendly process..
