@nuegoindia @Paytmcare Bus booking PNR 11435987 was refunded on november 4 by nuego but i haven’t got my money yet. the bus began before time leaving me behind . after sevaral followup nuego said they have refunded and i should check with paytm. can any of you help??

@airindia - why is it taking you so longer to initiate a simple refund ? The flight was delayed which made us miss the connecting flight. It’s tha simple. Also all this is happening when we had also purchased delay insurance from @Paytmcare @Paytm. Pathetic customer service.

Hi @IndiGo6E your rep is telling me that you've refunded the cancelled ticket amount to the third party via which I booked my tickets for 6th. Though this never happened in past. @Paytmcare is the channel through which I booked my ticket but still nothing has happened. Need help.

Are you people even working properly? I had submitted a request to close my Paytm Postpaid account one week ago, but it still hasn’t been closed. This kind of delay is unacceptable. Please close my postpaid account immediately and confirm the same. @Paytmcare

Absolutely unacceptable service from @Paytmcare @Paytm 😡 I’ve raised a ticket, tried every possible option, yet there is NO WAY to speak to a customer care agent. I urgently need to modify my booking, but Paytm has completely gone silent. Is customer support even real anymore?
