  @Paytmcare Please stop asking for callbacks and provide a formal, technical explanation regarding this routing glitch in writing here. I am looking for a definitive, positive resolution and compensation for the mental harassment caused by this service deficiency, not more calls.

  It has been 6 months since I closed my Paytm fastag but wallet balance and security deposits hasn't been transferred to my bank account. Can you look this matter? It is really disappointing that there isn't any customer care number that is working @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare
