But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund as it's already been 10 days.

My ₹843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest. Multiple followups have not resulted in any update. Kindly look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest. Pls provide a status update.
