Ojas (@ojvznx) reported@Paytmcare Update: @PaytmCare confirmed refund on March 27 and said 3-5 working days. It has been 8 working days and still no refund. App shows "Processing Refund" but nothing credited. Cybercrime complaint active. Will escalate to RBI Ombudsman if not resolved by tomorrow.

This is your headache to deal with the bus operator you cannot stop the refund of the customer this is against the law. Initiate my refund.
