@Paytmcare I was trying to activate wallet auto add function.the payment got failed but now the amount is debited from my account. My banking support sent me this msg “ Dear sir/ma'am, we request you to liaise with merchant to unhold the amount.” Lemme know what should i do?

Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm this is about #kyc challenges, trying to fix but no luck.also utter worst customer service system, which of no use and give any resolutions. Also tried with paytm kyc agent and charged me and still no solutions. #Paytm
