Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare why do your service always not responding. Your customer support is like hell there is nobody to pickup call replying complaint. I made a payment and that was successful but my friend didn't get it. It's not first time on his paytm.

What is the use of the helpline no. which is provided on the paytm fastag? Customer care never receives any call. Never expected @Paytm @Paytmcare after sales services will fall to such an extent.

@Paytmcare @Paytm time to stop using paytm account altogether. They are harassing people by blocking account without any reason and not resolving the problem. Their customer care person are also copy pasting the generic answer without proper resolution. #paytmbandhkaro
