    @Paytmcare Today I got message from Paytm saying your ricket is resolved. There is no refund, no message about refund, how can you say issue is resolved? Shame on you, worst customer care. Don't close my ticket till I get the refund.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Can't believe no action has be taken since 6 days on a Query No-180466369 even after escalating on twitter. What an example of customer satisfaction! Seems just sending a standard reply is enough, clearly @paytm doesn't beleive in any TAT for resolving issues.
