PayTm bank e-mandate do not work and finance company charge me incorrectly. The loan is issued from PayTm’s lander Hero FinCrop, when I connect with care they said we do not any department to handle any issue regarding the LOAN. @Paytmcare @Paytm @TechCrunch

@Paytm when I shared the screenshot of your app with a proof that it is not working as expected at fuel station, your support staff is still asking me to use it at the fuel station. Don't they understand?
