@Paytm @PaytmTravel @PaytmTravelCare I booked a bus using Paytm app there was no bus at the boarding point the operator kalra bus (Rakesh Kalra) did not pick my call and switched off his phone. And customer care is helpless. I want complete refund.

Paytm direct takes to use Paytm wallet balance & postpaid service. I am deactivating my @Paytm right away. This is my worst experience in @Paytmcare .
