  @Paytm @Paytmcare I had raised a ticket on 13 Oct 21 regarding a upi payment on 03 Oct 21. The amount got deducted from my Bank but the merchant didn't receive the same. Till now I have received no answer from your team inspite of multiple calls to your customer care. #paytm

  @Paytmcare @PaytmFirst Seeing the hopeless quality of customer service you guys provide, that too for a level 2 subscriber... I'll make sure I don't renew for Paytm first subscription and will definitely advice others to never do the same...
