    @Paytmcare I booked an Akasa Air flight through Paytm Travel but I have been informed by Akasa Air that the flight has been cancelled. Their customer care have asked me to reach out to Paytm customer care to initiate the refund process but I am unable to get hold of a human agent.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why is there not one single person I can talk to when in need? The ph no you've provided on the internet either says busy or not working. My payment which I made last night still hasnt gone through on your end & I am stuck in this orange limbo situation.

    @PaytmTravelCare @Paytmcare My booking ID is 26409721944. Could you kindly initiate my refund? Your customer service number is not operational in Saudi Arabia, and I submitted this request a month ago. For the same flight my colleagues who booked via flipkart they received.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Harassed by forced delivery of an old, broken Soundbox! Deducting unauthorized charges despite 'lifetime free' promise. Ticket #500007029542 pending forever, executive never visits, chatbot stuck in a loop. Refund & deactivate NOW or I'll go to RBI.

    @Paytmcare My UPI Lite balance is still zero after a failed transaction on March 30. Refund received for the failed transaction, but my existing balance vanished. Human support is non existent and the AI bot keeps closing my tickets. Please help! Ticket: #200011160946
