Never book bus ticket from @Paytm. @Paytmcare doesn't respond to issues. While Booking it might show the sleeper ticket but one might get seating ticket and @PaytmTravel will not support at all. On top of that bus was delayed 10 hrs and nothing was done. No support from them

@PaytmCare It’s becoming impossible to talk to your customer care through IVR. The Paytm assistant keeps giving the same replies without any real help. Please connect me with an actual support representative ASAP. This is an urgent issue! 🚨

Guys don’t use @Paytm #UPI lite,i made a payment yesterday for auto which got deducted twice and since then I’ve been trying to explain to @Paytmcare the issue but these dumb guys keep pointing to the bank.The transaction doesn’t even show in bank stmt as it’s from UPI Lite #scam

So @Paytm is unable to resolve my issue of OTP not being received. They don't even have a customer care access thru the app, just a bot that does nothing. Would it take a complaint at PG portal to make them act? @Paytmcare
