I even called on customer care and still been 4 hours(what they said the time limit for answering to our query) not a single message is received on my side . I am being charged late fee in advance for January or what they don't even care @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare My paytm postpaid account is going through some fraud. There is a lot of excess limit showing and there have been deductions of late fee and extra charges, wheras I have paid dues on time. Please provide support.

The problem with @Paytm customer service has been forever but today even after multiple efforts i can't even know why i am supposed to pay for things in advance. Really regretting using @Paytmcare @Paytm. i am leaving it after this matter clears out so Fed up.
