@Paytmcare @PratikcParikh It's been 30 days of chasing your support team via various mediums and all I get is no response. Claiming yourself to be the largest mobile payment app and not able to process a simple refund for such long is quite upsetting for a user (2/3)

@Paytm Hi paytm...i was ur loyal customer but today i got to to know that phonepay dont charge extra on adding money from credit card.....so my family leaving paytm from today........it was good 6 years with paytm
