    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare Thanks for responding, but this was not just an inconvenience — the bus had a broken seat and we were shifted to another bus after 45 minutes. Because of this delay, we missed our flight. Since the service was not as promised, I request a full refund or compensation.

    @Paytmcare GST part is ok. If at the time of purchase price is high then why u r taking more from us and at time of selling u r giving less then market price. in both conditions u r taking money from us..why? There should be a % as service charges and all other should be a fair deal.
