@Paytm I am trying to deactivate my paytm postpaid since last 3 months still not able to deactivate it. If you don't want to deactivate please tell me so that I can permanent stop using paytm & paytm bank and switch to some good provider who responds to customer queries. #Paytm

@Paytm used paytm postpaid for 3 months now. This month, they just sent me a mail about my bill, no reminders nothing and bam 850 charged as late fees. In reply the support says your bill is generated every 1st day of the month and you have to submit it by 7th.

@PaytmPostpaid__ @Paytm I have recovered the entire amount of paytm postpaid on time,still there is left balance on the application portal. I tried reaching out to customer care but they didn’t help me. My charges were cut and interest rate was also charged.Kindly help

@Paytmcare I have been calling to Bank to Paytm Customer Care and Hero Fin Corp regarding personal loan amount issue but no solution yet. There is no dedicated customer care support for it. Paytm loan Chat support is also not helping. I'm completely helpless. Can someone look?
