@Paytm unable to add more than 1000 to my wallet at a time. Gives technical@failure error. Was able to do this using the same payment method till January. Please help. Raise ticket thru app, no call, nothing #CustomerService

@nitin_gadkari @NHAISocialmedia @Paytm @HDFC_Bank My Paytm fastag is not working since activation. When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

@Paytm Very bad experience with paytm, I'm chasing them on a query since last 1 year but they are not willing to listen customer's voice, they hardly listen your concern, Worst customer support, I suggest please don't use paytm they will misuse your money and won't give the services.

@Paytm I used the service in IRCTC to book the ticket, the transaction was failed. I did not received the refund of one of the transaction. The amount 965.89/-. Please check it
