Paytm was revoked my BC AGENT rights by showing false report .i am damn sure i will not do any kind of fake id or kyc because i will fully verify each aadhar and pan then after only doing kyc . I am regret why i chose paytm, worst service ever by paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm

@nitin_gadkari @NHAISocialmedia @Paytm @HDFC_Bank My Paytm fastag is not working since activation. When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

@Paytm unable to add more than 1000 to my wallet at a time. Gives technical@failure error. Was able to do this using the same payment method till January. Please help. Raise ticket thru app, no call, nothing #CustomerService

When @Paytm do not provide any type of service promised for 1 year in that tym i and like me all BC s support him but after work done or @Paytm don't want to provide service to us he shows false reports and revoking our rights, also he promised to provide light board ,tshirst,etc

It's always such a pain in contacting @Paytmcare . First we have to run in circles without a proper resolution, secondly there isn't a direct way to reach out to customer support without going through endless IVR charade !! Also please improve your bot suggestions. It's pathetic!

@Nersha8 @Paytmcare @Paytm Exactly. I hope #Paytm doesn't vanish like #Aircel taking all the money (they did in form of prepaid balance and scratch coupons) without a warning. Their poor care for customers is raising concerns. Twitter can never be the only customer care platform of such a huge app.

I have been complaining since past 2 months regarding refund for a service from Apple but they have been redirecting me to bank and vice versa. Bank says get a written proof, while apple says we won't provide a written proof. @consumerforum_ @Apple @Paytmcare #nobrand
