    @nitin_gadkari @NHAISocialmedia @Paytm @HDFC_Bank My Paytm fastag is not working since activation. When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

    Paytm was revoked my BC AGENT rights by showing false report .i am damn sure i will not do any kind of fake id or kyc because i will fully verify each aadhar and pan then after only doing kyc . I am regret why i chose paytm, worst service ever by paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm unable to add more than 1000 to my wallet at a time. Gives technical@failure error. Was able to do this using the same payment method till January. Please help. Raise ticket thru app, no call, nothing #CustomerService

    When @Paytm do not provide any type of service promised for 1 year in that tym i and like me all BC s support him but after work done or @Paytm don't want to provide service to us he shows false reports and revoking our rights, also he promised to provide light board ,tshirst,etc

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare How many calls does it take to return paytm POS device??!! I've been calling from last year to return a simple POS machine. The customer care have been telling me it will be done, the sales guy ignores call & I'm still being charged every month.

    @Paytmcare As per your records your customer care employees is you will get refund but there is glitch in software that’s you are not getting a refund. They have told me that u have called from 29june and many more times. Now you are making a fool to your customer.(1/2)

    Worst customer interaction I had ever. @Paytmcare do your ticket support agents even read the message properly. I'm banging my head on thr wall after reading their replies. Please can you once connect me to a senior manager who can try to understand.

    Dear @Paytm, @vijayshekhar Why are you guys not responding on call and help section. My money has deducted but it's not showing in history and receiver hasn't received money yet. Kindly resolve my issue.
