When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

Airline confirmed refund but Paytm keeps delaying with generic replies. This is clear deficiency in service. Will escalate to consumer court soon
