@nitin_gadkari @NHAISocialmedia @Paytm @HDFC_Bank My Paytm fastag is not working since activation. When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

When @Paytm do not provide any type of service promised for 1 year in that tym i and like me all BC s support him but after work done or @Paytm don't want to provide service to us he shows false reports and revoking our rights, also he promised to provide light board ,tshirst,etc

Paytm was revoked my BC AGENT rights by showing false report .i am damn sure i will not do any kind of fake id or kyc because i will fully verify each aadhar and pan then after only doing kyc . I am regret why i chose paytm, worst service ever by paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytm unable to add more than 1000 to my wallet at a time. Gives technical@failure error. Was able to do this using the same payment method till January. Please help. Raise ticket thru app, no call, nothing #CustomerService

@Paytm @Paytmcare suddenly my postpaid account got closed & NOC mailed after upgrade msg and timely payment, not able to use account post approval, tried 7 times & each time got approval & NOC email but no access to account. Initially @paytm helped, now they stopped responding.

@GooglePayIndia Other apps like @Paytm, @PhonePe_ is working smoothly, so I don't it has anything to do with internet speed or cache. FYI, internet speed is good and cache are cleared everytime.

@Paytm I have raised a complaint on 12 of April 2021 for my payment refund with reference No.: 187658528. I had call 5 times till now and everytime I was told that payment will be refunded within 10 days. But that 10 days never came unfortunately. Kindly look into this issue.

@Paytm and i talk to customer care They say that money will be refunded in 2-3 days but it's been more than 15 days and i don't get any mail or message regarding to it and please remove the charges I have also attach the photo of it my transaction id is :- 100002711375161 (2/2)

@Paytm U r one of the biggest companies in India & yet u fail to provide a proper customer service. There's no way where one can have a human-human interaction for their problem and we are stuck with a computerized assistance which most of the times fail to solve the problem! @Paytm
