@Paytm unable to add more than 1000 to my wallet at a time. Gives technical@failure error. Was able to do this using the same payment method till January. Please help. Raise ticket thru app, no call, nothing #CustomerService

@nitin_gadkari @NHAISocialmedia @Paytm @HDFC_Bank My Paytm fastag is not working since activation. When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

@Paytm Why you guys charging 885 rs late fee on just 5000 rs paytm postpaid amount. Even all this is happening without any intimation to customer about when is due date of payment ? Paytm postpaid no. 9742822234 Kindly waive off this late payment.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Is this fair to apply almost 10% of bill as late fine for postpaid customer for 2 days delay without even a single intimation to customer. No call/message/email and apply late fee directly. In case this is your strategy than we need to delete our account.
