    When @Paytm do not provide any type of service promised for 1 year in that tym i and like me all BC s support him but after work done or @Paytm don't want to provide service to us he shows false reports and revoking our rights, also he promised to provide light board ,tshirst,etc

    @nitin_gadkari @NHAISocialmedia @Paytm @HDFC_Bank My Paytm fastag is not working since activation. When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

    Paytm was revoked my BC AGENT rights by showing false report .i am damn sure i will not do any kind of fake id or kyc because i will fully verify each aadhar and pan then after only doing kyc . I am regret why i chose paytm, worst service ever by paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm Dear paytm i am a business correspondence and my id was bloked since one month based on baseless issue there is none of your employees respond me properly , If you care for your partners please resolve this issue as soon as possible

    @Paytm unable to add more than 1000 to my wallet at a time. Gives technical@failure error. Was able to do this using the same payment method till January. Please help. Raise ticket thru app, no call, nothing #CustomerService

    @Paytmcare This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. If the refund is not credited immediately with a confirmed ARN/UTR, I will file formal complaints with RBI Ombudsman and the consumer court without further notice. Treat this as final escalation.

    Avoid using @Paytm for bookings. My refund (Booking ID: 26895052700) was initiated on 16 April and still not credited after 13+ days. No proper response despite repeated follow-ups. This is harassment and unacceptable service. RBI complaint filed. Expecting immediate resolution.

    @Paytmcare Very poor service by @Paytmcare and Chandra Raj Travels. I missed my bus despite booking online through Paytm. When I contacted the Chandra Raj Travels office, they said, “Online booking hai to main kyun help karu,” and refused to support. This behavior is unacceptable

    Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare Facing an issue with payments on low internet. The app doesn’t show any warning, and transactions stay in “processing” for long. I retried thinking it failed, but both payments got completed (duplicate payment).

    My issue is still unresolved. I’m repeatedly getting the same “please wait, work in progress” response with no proper update or solution. This delay is affecting my payments and work. Please resolve this urgently or provide a clear timeline. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @RBI

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, I have booked flight from pune to delhi from your platform. But it got cancelled from airline side. It’s been 12 days but still didn’t get any refund from your side. I also DM’d you but issue is not resolved yet PNR no. - 9ZIOY5

    paytm has gotten so bad recently. so many glitches, very slow. asked me to fkn change my UPI pin every two months. **** you @Paytm switching to google pay (which has a very seamless and quick onboarding process and a v clean UI)
