@Paytm unable to add more than 1000 to my wallet at a time. Gives technical@failure error. Was able to do this using the same payment method till January. Please help. Raise ticket thru app, no call, nothing #CustomerService

@nitin_gadkari @NHAISocialmedia @Paytm @HDFC_Bank My Paytm fastag is not working since activation. When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

@Paytmcare @PaytmMoney @PaytmBank Kindly do the needful to expedite the reconcillation process so the amount is credited back to my Paytm Money trading account accordingly. Post that, I will probably close both my savings and trading account to avoid these issues in the future.

@Paytm The option to recharge fast tag of other banks thru wallet is disabled on your site & app ? You are pushing everyone to connect their bank account thru UPI to Paytm - s this is the only option being shown. Why ? @NPCI_NPCI

@Paytmcare - I am unable to reactivate a dormant wallet registered using my phone. The verification using driving license if failing on the website stating technical issues. Tried this over a few days and still failing. I have sent the details on DM. Still no call received!!!
