When asked for replacement they are asking for payment again Then ordered hdfc fastag, which is yet to be received by me but got a sms confirmation of a toll gate deduction!!

I am regret why i chose paytm, worst service ever by paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm

Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?
