@Paytmcare The reciever did not even had his KYC completed. Now the issue is not the wrong payment on our part but how can a person without an account could receive an amount without any warning message to sender.

@pankajnitc @Paytm My issue is with #paytmmall. I placed a return request on 23rd Feb but still it is under validation. I tweeted,sent DMs but am unable to contact any executive. Very worst customer service. No hassle free returns. If one gets good product,why will we return?

@BCCI @ashwinravi99 @Paytm The pitch wasn't as bad as the scoreboard shows. It was more of the doubt it created in the minds of the batsmen that almost everyone played down the wrong line. You can't blame the pitch for your bad sense of judgement.

@Paytmcare Your customer care recording not clearly audible. Options are given only for those problems which u want to solve. No option given for talking to executive. IVR is just keep touring. Cash back voucher are only gimmicks never usable.
