  I don’t know what kind of partnership you guyz are into. I took a Pl from paytm platform which was through aditya birla which got disbursed but never got credited and now customer care of both of u companies don’t know anything. so tell me where should i go. @abfinance @Paytm

  @Paytmcare @Paytm I have recharged ₹3000 for Prepaid electricity. Board is MSPDCL. The transaction is successful but I haven’t received the *coupon code* which is required to be inserted in the meter. Order ID-18578270420 PLEASE HELP.

  Hey hi @Paytm I found 2 errors in #PaytmPostpaid 1.) if someone partially pay after bill generation(1st of every month) then your system count it as due after due date. 2.) even if we complaining before 7th date of month your system blocked A/c & charged for overdue.

  @Paytm your auto bill payment system is a nuisance and causes problems, sometimes our other works got badly hindered as the money has already been cut out. And has been forced on us not giving options to Undo it but just giving circling useless options. Plz Correct it.

  @Paytmcare If u want transaction Id I'll provide .ask me, help me but don't hold my case. 10 days and counting no fix, before that I tried every way to get in contact with you, but your chat services isn't working, and you don't have customer support number for Paytm postpaid services .
