    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank Trusting paytm is pain now. I felt it when needed a cancelled cheque for changing my bank account in MF Folio. Going to help and getting a dumb AI is real **** paytm is doing.

    I am writing here to don't buy Paytm soundbox from wherever. There are high rental charges without prior notice and also not customer support when needed. Only fool bots are the customer care. Fraud Paytm.@PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm the most pathetic service- its a scam I booked a flight from mum - blr, when i tried to check in, it said it was cancelled, no one contacted, neither is there any helpdesk to answer your queries, you will just be redirected by the ivr from one extention to another

    @Paytmcare I would request every person to not use paytm to book bus tickets. They provide a departure time and the bus leaves 2 hours prior without any notice or information and the bus operator will say contact @Paytm for any issues as it's not their fault.

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return (EO887528444IN) was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims it's not received and asks me for POD. Verify your warehouse and resolve this
