    @Paytmcare Suddenly savings bank account says expired. It is asking me to upload the ID proof. Profile says KYC complete. Confusing. While uploading ID proof, the "proceed" button doesn't work. #iOS. Automated CS is not helpful. @vijayshekhar help!

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar First get ur platform functional n user friendly! Not able to make payments since 01NOV21 n against a Ticket number logged today I got confirmation of successful transaction of 13MAR21. Reaching out to Paytm customer care is like talking to a wall
