Worst @paytmbankcare service provided by @Paytm . No satisfactory response on 24×7 support service, never pick up the call. Always say too much call coming wait for your chance that never comes. Raised issue (TID: 3120397507) 2 days ago which remain unresolved. @Paytmcare

@Paytm Very 3rd class customer servic..complaint many times, no direct connection to support, no call back, no refund or problem solution, my money gone wastage...had booked bus and its cacelled from operator even not got refund..and india's very bad service.

@Paytmcare - i paid my electricity bill on 26th oct which is still not updated on Wesco website. I raised concern but customer care is unable to resolve this issue and reply was so bad n worst way. Ticket no. 150920376. Plz chk n process to revert back my money.
