@Paytm Worst service ever on merchant desk. It was told 5 days ago that I will not get charged for rental as transaction are more than 300+ But now they are being chargeing and representative are discontinng the calls as they told us that I will receive a coupon in behalf of rental.

@Paytmcare been trying to unfreeze my Paytm wallet for a month.But none of your KYC options are working.Tried doing it at a KYC point,I was cheated.Your video KYC executives are inefficient/unprofessional.They disconnect the link without a reason. Any choices left to unfreeze???
