@Paytmcare @HSBC_IN This is regarding the dispute 02072022131. As per the conversation with the agent of HSBC bank, the amount was sent to paytm from HSBC credit card. However, paytm says they haven't received any payments from HSBC bank. Please help.

Hi @Paytm I wanted to know that if someone made a payment to an online merchant using ur payment gateway, but that merchant turned out to be a fraud and didn’t fulfil the order. Can you help out the buyer in any way? @Paytmcare
