    @Paytm How much more time will it take to resolve my issue? It has been almost a month now, and every time I raise it on X, your team replies that you are “working on it.” I want to understand how long a customer is expected to wait for a basic issue to be resolved.

    @Paytm if u can't provide proper vouchers and ur support system is ONLY AI how can a customer contact support service. Why for everything u ppl need AI. i m not able to redeem the voucher but ur AI SYSTEM IS not Helping me as it doesn't have that feature. CRAZY

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, I am facing an issue while logging into my app. Even after entering the correct OTP, the app shows a "wrong OTP" or submission error. Please fix this login glitch at the earliest.
