@Parveen47798112 Bro they are real theives, They only loot our money and then tell uou do those tasks which are impossible, using @paytm was my biggest mistake in my life. My all life saving are gone.. My paytm account is blocked from more than 4 months now, they are only giving false excuses.

Literally frustrated by the paytm they just freeze my account without informing me...Due to that I couldn't use my fast tag i.e I have to pay twice at toll plaza. There customer support says they have freeze due to mismatch in kyc and now I have done the kyc... @Paytmcare

@Paytm pathetic customer care service, useless options and difficult to get option for talk...call continued to wait for 10 mins and then disconnected...pls have better customer care service. Have more executives..make it better and not a typical Indian company..

@Paytmcare Parcel was out for delivery by Mr. Manish on mob. 8756632666. Talked him on phone. He is office staff and not the delivery boy, so there was no question of delivery. It is the truth of paytm service, now sleeping after single tweet. Barred me on customer service page. Shameful.
