@Paytmcare I have mailed and messaged you many times, but your email ID doesn’t work and your customer support hardly answers calls. Even if they pick up, they only waste time until we give up in frustration. In the end, you never solve the problem.

@PaytmTravel @Paytm It’s been over 48 hrs since refund was promised for Order ID: 25952036906. Operator says refund “initiated” but nothing received. Paytm support ticket also raised, yet no update. Please escalate and resolve this urgently.
