    @Paytm i am unable to find any email id to reach u regarding postpaid charges clarification and ur agents are only mad to get the payment @rbi clearly says that email id and customer care numbers must be available to reach. I hope u will follow

    @Paytmcare Never seen such stupid ivr option while calling customer care . You guys wnat to fix the problem with with sms and robotic chat . My account is blocked from last 4-5 days and I am trying to contact the customer care but there is no option to talk with some human .
