@Paytm I have been struggling to get my kyc done to move money which is stuck in the Paytm wallet. The support team only responds after 48 hours on every appeal for help. Are you guys closing down or something? To whom can I escalate these issues to?

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare if your not able to solve customer problem then shut down services and go on vacation. Now I understand paytm is not care there customer that's why they lose business.

never use @PaytmBank as your Primary Bank account. When you get technical issues,then you have to wait for long time. i submitted problem still I don't get resolution. nobody response in call . irritated service. @Paym @Paytmcare

@OfficeOfNG - sir, I want to bring to your notice about Paytm fastag service. Their KYC has been suspended by RBI and one cannot add money in wallet. Hence their fastag is useless. Further, one cannot close the Fastag because of this issue. Request you to help. @Paytm #useless
