@Paytm Your app sux for challan payment. And so is your customer support. There is no way to talk to a human at all and your automated chat also sux.

Frustrated with my credit card company @HDFC_Bank right now. Paid my bill through @CRED_club fully and on time, yet it's still showing as overdue on @Paytm . This is unacceptable and hurting my credit score. I expect prompt action from the company to resolve this issue.

@Paytmcare I was doing a payment via PayTm gateway, the money debited from my bank successfully, but nothing shows on PayTm and cannot trace it. Trying to contact PatyTm but no help and all contact options just dies without proceeding further
