    @Paytmcare I'm unable to create support ticket/ raise query.. in the app via help ans support it always takes me to Paytm AI Assistant and never got the screen to raise ticket. I reinstalled latest version, cleared cache and did all best troubleshooting at my end.. pls help

    @Paytmcare can't use the app because of the accessibility settings problem. Temporarily shifting to another UPI and suggest the same. Fix it pls

    @pnbindia @NPCI_NPCI @Paytm UPI ATM cash withdrawal issue at PNB. Today (19 Feb 2026), I made two UPI ATM cash withdrawal payments: • ₹400 – Ref No: 397587015413 • ₹100 – Ref No: 397587222137 Both transactions show SUCCESS, but no cash was dispensed from the ATM.
