@Paytmcare @airindia I raised a complaint for a disruptive Air India flight booked via Paytm, but it's been 6+ days with no resolution. Air India has no issue refunding—the delay is from your end. Your AI isn't helpful & I haven't been connected to an agent. Please escalate ASAP.
