@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm You replying via DM is the biggest scam, u just send a standard reply via DM & later there is no action on complaint. This process is never ending, either you shud directly tell to customer that you cannot resolve the issue instead of fake commitments, now i don't reply via DM.

Dear #Paytmcare team I mistakenly created a new account with my old Paytm number +91 62******36. after that contacted the customer executive to recover my old account and delete my new account and submitted all the required documents but still unable to get my old account.

Had the worst experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare I was on hold for 35 min but noone attended my call. Chatbot is completely unhelpful, there is no email ID you can write to. How do you expect customers to get their queries resolved? I can't login to my own a/c for 60 days!
