@Paytm I made a transaction of ₹5000 on 7th September 2021 but the traction failed. The amount was debited from my account. Upi transaction id 125062390298 Ticket number 3105283062. I spoke to my bank's manager and he asked me to seek help from PAYTM. Please sort this issue

@Paytm You will say that you are best service provider but transactions made using Paytm are failing in last one month and no action from your team to look into customer issues.Before giving ads,just check and address customer issues so that they will have faith on you

@Paytm @Paytmcare upi reference no- 125107292872. Amount deducted from bank a/c but transaction got failed. Please look into this. I am raising it here bcoz it seems like call helpdesk agent dont have information how to handle this issue
