@Paytmcare I've contacted SBI but they are saying that here there is no involvement of SBI and transaction was done through third party app paytm. As per SBI, paytm can help. However, I've requested SBI but money not yet received back.

@Paytmcare Your DM chats are not helping other than repeated assurances like canned music. There is no mention of the actual problem and when will the resolution happen. This is so disappointing that I have to repeatedly follow up and it's an unending cycle !!!
