@Paytmcare surprised there is no customer care number to reach out to Paytm. I have done two transactions from Paytm - Payments are made against utility bills ( Electricity bill - wbsedcl ). As per Wbsedcl, they have not received any payments while as per PAYTM AAP

@paytm I wasn’t even aware my Paytm postpaid was activated for a month and yesterday I got a call from Paytm that you need to pay 3,640 and today I paid also unfortunately I was charged 590 rupees & nobody mentioned about this charges. Please resolve my issue!

@Paytmcare My PAYTM Post paid account Is Not working Properly how many times i contacted customer care but no one can resolve my issue pls don't trust this paytm post paid they are doing a Fraud ( We are facing some issues with Postpaid, pls use other payment options) like this

@Paytm We have raised a ticket with id 3200833807 for your issue. I HAD ACCOUNT WITH TEL 8178530853. UNFORTUNATELY PHONE STOPPED WORKING. I HAD BALANCE IN PASSBOOK. NEW PAYTm ACCOUNT OPENED WITH 8130893329 BUT THERE IS NO BALANCE IN ACCOUNT. DO THE NEEDFUL
