    @PaytmCa66965113 You heard my story. What resolution can I expect? @Paytm doesn't even have a customer care division for postpaid. When I call for account block due to postpaid, support people told "we don't have a team to speak on this" & clarify doubts.

    @Paytm I want to say that no person should use Paytm, paytm service is very poor. My name is neeraj my mobile no is 9988018310. My CIBIL score was above 750 earlier because of Paytm now it is commanded below 680. Very very poor service

    @Paytmcare I paid for my postpaid dues before due date, it was shown as pending, took two days to get the payment cleared but now it's asking me to pay late fees! I can't reach any customer care so can you waive that off
