People are misusing paytm by editing Fake screenshots of Succesful Payment and I have heard many news that @Paytm is Not Safe enough to Link Bank Accounts . So @Paytm It is Major Issue and You Have to make your app more secure and useful just like @PhonePe_

@Paytmcare got a message " You have successfully reactivated your BHIM UPI profile on Paytm App. If you have not initiated this request, contact us on 01204456456 immediately:PPBL" However, your IVR is impossible to get through. I did not do this. It's clearly fraud.

Such an irresponsible and unexpected attitude from paytm..! Its been 2 months since taking followups, calling electronic customer care number, mails, tweeting after every few days..! And this is wht u guys reply.. You cant even manage to call the customer and hear him out.@Paytm

@Paytmcare never expected such irresponsible attitude, I had made a bill payment via Paytm but the payment failed and money was debited. When I check the status it says the refund was processed but the money has not been refunded so far. The chat service is useless
