@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I am a senior citizen. I did video KYC twice online for my paytm account but nothing got updated. My money is locked up with you and I cannot use it. Customer care tells me to do KYC after lockdown is over. HELP!!!

Dear @Paytmcare for UPI payments which is paid to two parties with single link technical failure at paytm, there is no option to reach help / cc in your app. Can you pls help urgently. Pls also fix your app to provide more options for your user to reach for help.... @vijayshekhar
