Finally able to login to the @Paytm app after 4 months of occasional login attempts using their adhar flow. I was unable to login because I took 5 years break from paytm after 2017.

@Paytm why is your in app support feature sucks. It never ever clears the customer and leads to terrible frustration among the users. I'm having issue with cashback points for my recent order, and tried to get it resolved with the support feature but it sucks.
