@Paytm @Paytmcare Merchant using #Paytm POS charging Customer 2% on credit card transaction, which is unfair and its against RBI guidance, such merchant should be blacklisted.

@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare Refund status of booking ID 9242331296. The travel date was Feb 2020 and it's July 2021 already. I think my grandchildren will have to fight for the refund and not sure even if they will receive it. Really disappointed with the customer support. 1/2
