  @Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

  Wtf @Paytmcare @Paytm There is no way to contact a human for customer support? Your AI raised a ticket, which promised a reply from an agent in 6 hours, but there was no reply for more than 24 hours. Your customer care number is unreachable Please reach out to resolve my query asap

  Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service by @Paytm and @Shrinathbus We booked Vadodara–Pune bus tickets by Shrinath Solitaire bus operator on Paytm app on 19 Aug, around 8 days in advance, paying ₹2900, specifically to secure our preferred seats and travel comfortably.

  Pathetic service from @PaytmCare I’m trying to cancel my bus booking Order ID: 27509910728, but the app isn’t allowing me to cancel it. I’ve raised the issue through Help & Support, but the ticket is being closed without any resolution. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

  @Paytmcare I am trying to open a merchant account, but I’m getting an “Aadhaar is already in use” error. I have never used my Aadhaar for any other merchant account. Customer care says my mobile number is not registered. Please investigate this issue.

  I brought car insurance policy But later at kyc stage due to some issues I couldn't upload document. But policy payment was made via credit card. Now I have taken insurance from some other sources. How to get my refund. @Paytmcare
