@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@arunmadhavuni @Paytmcare #paytm is now a fraud company i used paytm from aroun 7-8 years and that time it was wonderful in service as well as in customer support… but now they r just doing fraud with there merchant accounts customers.. just pissed of with paytm can’t suggest anyone to use paytm ever

@Paytmcare @Paytm 1/2) I transferred money as usual to my merchant account but they didn't receive that amount, but the amount will be deducted to my bank but my merchant didn't receive it. I already asked for help but the support team didn't give the proper answer.

@whoisakum @Paytm Paytm isn't user-friendly. The SBI are not responsible for wherever complaints you have plus the customer service is hopless.
