@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@Paytmcare Hi Team, please help in resolving my wallet inactive issue asap. I am fed up of waiting for more than 24 hrs after successfully doing kyc at shop. They are also not able to answer why wallet is still inactive even after kyc.

@Paytmcare I was using paytm wallet and it suddenly stopped claiming KYC issues. Now I still have money in the wallet that cannot be used. Why are you holding on to my money and not allow me to transfer back to my account. #paytm_stole_my_money

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare I have refund issues and unknown transactions issues in my Paytm postpaid account and no option to report the same. I got refund from the merchant after I closed the Paytm postpaid account. I see where that refund amount is credited.
