  @Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

  @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

  @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness @paytm URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard.   @Paytmcare Kindly check dm sent required details 2 days ago. Its been a week I reported the issue in app & more than 2 days for tweet. Either there will be irrelevant response or no response. Sept-19-25 is the original buy date wd 1 year validity but u r saying June-19-25 6 mnths validity🫡

  Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!
