    @Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

    @Paytm @Paytmcare To Customer in APP --> Sir your order issue will be resolved by 22 FEB 2021 So no need to take followup I think they forgot to check the date or paytm company have no calender in their office. as well. #PAYTMSCAM

    @Paytmcare I am facing the problem in paytm login from since first lock down when I was working from home, I have raised the complain so many times but no one help me to resolving the issue till now from the paytm support team, Very poor service 😞

    @Paytmcare I received the product on 18th feb and on 19th feb I placed my request for return. On 21st feb I got a call from Paytm customer service asking me for the issue I explained the issue and Today morning I got a notification saying that my request has been rejected

    @Paytmcare @rohitniel They will not provide u any resolution and if u force them to resolve then will close your compliant without providing you any single amount. They have lost all the trust and you can see more and more issues in their transactions now and rate of complaint also goes on increasing.

    @Paytm this is good marketing research problem. the reason i think people think paytm needs kyc is because paytm is still perceived as a wallet company, you could do a survey asking what product/service comes to your mind when you hear the name paytm.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Doing fraud with KYC of customer. Some other name is showing on my profile and i am not able to change/do KYC because of this.I have raised concern and without solving the problem, they are marking ticket as closed. need immediate action to be taken against them
