    @Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

    @WazirXIndia I tried to deposit multiple times rejected. Are you working with @PaytmBank your partner doesn't taking any actions last one week. @Paytm didn't have 24*7 customer support they have automated response not effective in solving customer service

    @vijayshekhar why do I need to grant permission to PayTM app to read my SMS just to login when I am not even using UPI. Isn't this breach of privacy? @Paytm

    @airvistara Brother I am following up from 40 days with them they are the worst service @Paytm no answers on call, on mail they give false commitments I really want you guys to help me out after that I will never make any transaction with this stupid Paytm app

    @Paytm @Paytm worst customer service ever. Airline refunded the money to Paytm 3 months ago and they aren't able to refund it back. Have been calling Paytm every week since every time you guys come up with new lies no solution.
