@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@Paytm i have informed you on the same day of the fraud transactions , as per RBI guidelines if you report the fraud within 3 days the customer is not liable to pay , so you can’t force me to pay . I am not liable to pay .

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Ticket Id: 3260069687. Raised since 17th January, still no resolution. Why does your app doesn't have the option to delink from 3rd party merchants? How many more days time do you need to resolve this simple task? Terrible customer service.

@Paytm why does your service at scanning QR code at the merchant make it difficult for customers in making any transactions as recently the amount was deducted from my Paytm wallet and it didn't reflect at the merchants outlet. Requesting you to get back to me at the earliest.

@Paytmcare Don't want to use any service now. I have paid late fees twice in the same bill so that I can use it in future, even one of executive offer to provide waiver on this bill in settlement form but I denied. But @Paytm cheated of their customer
