  @Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I travelled by an auto today & paid via Paytm UPI. I left my watch in the auto. It has immense sentimental value to me. I have the UPI transaction details and the driver’s name, but not his complete contact number. Please help me connect with the driver. 🙏

  @Paytmcare How's that my problem. You took my money on their behalf, you earn commission or whatever. You are responsible. They might never reply then? It's already two weeks. Just give back my money and deal with them how you see fit. If more of my time is wasted, I'd require compensation.

  @Paytmcare review. The ticket was booked at 11:01 AM and cancelled at approximately 11:02 AM, within just 1 minute of booking. Please do not consider my refund issue fully resolved/closed yet. Kindly keep the case open and coordinate with Air India Express regarding the cancellation waiver

  @Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar 📩 - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.
