@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@OfficialDMRC @Paytm @HardeepSPuri I recharged my metro card this morning at 9am with ₹200 the amount got deducted but still no top-up is reflecting. Customer Care is unreachable and Employees at Station aren't helping! 200 is not a small amount for me kindly cancel the payment
