@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@Paytm @Paytmcare POS machine not working. Ticket raised on 24th Jan. 2nd complaint on 2nd Feb. No response. Not even a call back. Losing customer. Customers are walking away because I can't accept payments.
