    @Paytmcare Amount paid on dineout app using paytm wallet is not being reflected in paytm passbook. I had a tough time in finding the details of transaction in credit card statement. It is disappointing to observe an issue in basic functionality of app :(

    Same problem with Bharat pay Now today i trying to setal my amount 700 this amount has bin not credited in my account total 5700 is pending from your site your service is a very bad service.... Compair to Paytm @Paytm pay is provided very good service shame on you @Bharat_Pay

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar

    Booked a bus through @Paytm but the operator cancelled the bus. I received only the ticket fare refund while ₹50 convenience fee was deducted despite no service being provided. Please clarify how this is fair. @Paytmcare
