    Same problem with Bharat pay Now today i trying to setal my amount 700 this amount has bin not credited in my account total 5700 is pending from your site your service is a very bad service.... Compair to Paytm @Paytm pay is provided very good service shame on you @Bharat_Pay

    @Paytmcare even after so many reminders paytm is not terminating my Soundbox services as it is not working since long time, i am being charged monthly charges without usage @RBI plz look into this

    Machine is been returned on 12 may 2022 and money was supposed to be returned back by 10 working days. But still haven’t received money after EDC was been picked up @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare I just don't, which online or even offline service provider doesn't have customer care executives. Apparently, you have one, but the option for connecting to an executive is not available in your voice support system. Now, who does that!

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I cannot leave my work and keep searching option to contact you guys as I know your AI won't let me do it. Connecting support is a heck of task. Please let me know how to deactivate Paytm postpaid services as I am unable to find an option on your application.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I don't know why you guys don't provide customer support calling facility. No every issue your AI is able to understand and not everytime one can wait for resolution based on AI. Because next day you will charge fee against it on Paytm postpaid bills.

    @Paytmcare Ticket number 5034832802 was shared with me on Oct 19, almost a month gone, no resolution to my complaint regarding sound box. Kindly stop deducting monthly rental as the same is not working else u may have to knock doors of court.

    @vijayshekhar @paytm inspite of fully kyc verified im unable to add money and all ur kyc points in Chennai say Paytm is kept their kyc point hanging…if u don’t let us use our banking account why do u even aspire to become a full fledged bank. The worst customer support is given

    @Paytm @PaytmBank @paytmbankcare Kindly check the reference number 3182877190. As informed by your team on dated 06th June 2022 that the issue will resolved within 4 days. Till today issue is not resolved. Such a poor customer care service can't expect from a reputed company.
