@Paytmcare @paytmmallcare i am addressing my genuine problem that i am facing contacting to paytm, there is not a channel to direct talk to paytm costomer support executives, this is a very poor thing as compare to other e-commerce like flipkart and amazon, please be genuine.

@Paytm I have been facing issues to contact you guys I have made a upi payment for a credit card and the payment hasn’t reached the bank and the 24/7 support provided is useless as no one responds and even on calling your IVR re-routes instead of connecting to a representative

@Paytm @PaytmTravelCare If a customer needs to pay 700 as cancellation fee just for a minute then i seriously need to withdraw all my fixed deposits and merchant account in paytm seeing there is no customer service. In such scenario i think other provider could act better.
