@Paytmcare @paytmmallcare i am addressing my genuine problem that i am facing contacting to paytm, there is not a channel to direct talk to paytm costomer support executives, this is a very poor thing as compare to other e-commerce like flipkart and amazon, please be genuine.

@Paytmcare Whenever i scan QR code (ePaisa) at mulund thane toll naka, it forces me to pay via UPI in spite of having money in paytm wallet. Please fix this issue as i have to end up entering upi pin in public which is a security risk

Lastly on of their executive told me on message that by 9th they will solve my issue and credit will be reimbursed but it never happened. Then some one called from @Paytm and told me to call google your reimbursement can be done by @GooglePlay

@Paytm , I am not able to locate a transaction from a client and there is no option in 24X7 to address the issue. I need to talk to your CR executive and not to a bot. Surprisingly there is no customer care email id on your site.

@Paytm there is a bug causing issues.... you are allowing transfer of money from sender wallet to a receiver wallet whose KYC is pending and account is blocked. But the transaction is success and receiver cannot use that wallet.
