@Paytmcare @paytmmallcare i am addressing my genuine problem that i am facing contacting to paytm, there is not a channel to direct talk to paytm costomer support executives, this is a very poor thing as compare to other e-commerce like flipkart and amazon, please be genuine.

@Paytmcare Whenever i scan QR code (ePaisa) at mulund thane toll naka, it forces me to pay via UPI in spite of having money in paytm wallet. Please fix this issue as i have to end up entering upi pin in public which is a security risk

My amount is debited from account and credit card payment failed. I have been following up with banks and they confirmed its with merchant. Paytm denies it's fault.
