@Paytmcare I just don't, which online or even offline service provider doesn't have customer care executives. Apparently, you have one, but the option for connecting to an executive is not available in your voice support system. Now, who does that!

😔So basically I use paytm upi for a transaction of 16k on 26 Feb from Sbi to Kotak bank and paytm shows that transaction failed but problem is that money deduct from my account and not credited to another account. Its not fair. Help me pls @Paytm @PaytmBank @TheOfficialSBI
