@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Updating KYC is the worst process. My wallet got freeze suddenly and I am stuck with my Fasttag. The option to update KYC fail’s since there was spelling error in current name in paytm.

I have raised request multiple time for closing @Paytm postpaid service but still it’s unable to deactivate, and also unable to reaching out to your customer executive due to your poor customer service. I need to deactivate my paytm postpaid immediately. @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney.

@Paytm can any body at Paytm resolve issue, Postpaid payment amount deducted from bank but Paytm showing failure and amount not refunded....no resolution till now almost 24 hrs.. Paytm customer care is of no use feel helpless
