    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Updating KYC is the worst process. My wallet got freeze suddenly and I am stuck with my Fasttag. The option to update KYC fail’s since there was spelling error in current name in paytm.

    @paytmcare one of the worst service I have ever seen, mg funds are stuck in paytm wallet and paytm money. I am unable to login and non of your numbers are working, have someone call me at 9099929313 to resolve the issue. @Paytm

    @Paytm Paytm is the worst where company will just try to find excuses to escape from liability as it cannot fulfill them like always and when one contacts help center its ai is so worst which is not able to answer the query so it is difficult for customer to do anything like always

    @Paytm Business support has been ignoring my soundbox rental charge issue for 45 days! Every ticket is closed after telling me "wait 24 hours & your rental will be updated to ₹1/month" but nothing has changed. Frustrating and unhelpful service #PaytmBusiness #CustomerServiceFail
