    @paytmcare one of the worst service I have ever seen, mg funds are stuck in paytm wallet and paytm money. I am unable to login and non of your numbers are working, have someone call me at 9099929313 to resolve the issue. @Paytm

    Is this a norm this days that Companies like @Paytm makes it almost impossible to talk to customer care? No matter what option you choose, you end up in infinite loop of recordings. Such a shame #paytm @Paytmcare. My refund is stuck for 2-3 months now

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm Indigo proceeded my complete refund , yet to see anything from paytm, customer care is complete third class ,no option to talk with executive. that’s how you traumatise ur customers. it’s more of a promotion care .

    @Facebook I added Rs200 from @Paytm UPI to Facebook ads manager, and the amount got deducted, but the money is nowhere to be seen. Please help or refund the money. Will attach a screenshot for reference. Either refund the money or add it to my ads balance.

    Can you please help My amt of 14850 has been hold (as upi mandate) and @PaytmMoneyCare told to ask your @Paytmcare and they told to ask @FederalBankLtd ... Finally whom to ask and when ll it be unblocked. Its almost a week ..txn was done on last 4th aug 2021...
