@Paytm @Paytmcare i cannot add money to my account. It shows WALLET CREDIT FREEZE. when I try to update my KYC . It does not offer me to do it online.When i try to do it offline, every store says that they do not have the facility to update Paytm KYC. Please help ASAP

Having the worst experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare Ty our team has been keeping verification pending for 2 documents out of 6 for over 2 months now for no reason. Thereby withholding a large settlement amount. We have a Paytm business ac! Response is slow, almost dead.

@Paytmcare Issue has already been flagged. There is nothing to be done DM. Plus its not an issue but an open trick played by PayTm to make people pay through Paytm postpaid instead of UPI. Paytm doesnt even ask whether the customer wants to pay through paytm postpaid.
