  Got paytm gift voucher. Trying to redeem it through @Paytm app. Didn't find option to do so. Contacted @Paytmcare. Got a marvellous service. Team was going to the root cause of the problem so enthusiastically that they even forgot to reply for about 2-3 hours (1/2)

  fastag services in @Paytm is real headache. No customer support at all, simply wastage of time. @Paytmcare
