    @Paytmcare Hello team, I support you to meet banking guidelines. But I don't understand why you start randomly blocking customers without them knowing. Give some lead time to customers and let them knw what they are supposd to do. You leave them hanging in air to wonder wat hpnd.

    @Paytmcare Aa per the loan agreement i can cancel the postpaid service at anytime and there isn't any negative consequences of it. So please don't try to mislead atleast your valuable customers.@Paytmcare Please have a look @jagograhakjago
