    @Paytm hi I am investing every day 51rs in your app for one mutual fund. But now redeem amount is very difficult. What to do. For all service your app works fine. For redeem system goes to hang. Why.?

    Hello @Paytmcare @paytmmallcare @Paytm. I am trying to download an invoice for a purchase I made on paytm mall but Iam not able to download it. I have contacted the customer care multiple times they are denying to send me the invoice. Can you please send me the invoice.

Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete.     @sub1301 @Paytm @DCCyberKP Hi Subrata, the only way to handle this is to raise a cyber crime complaint and a chargeback request with Bank of Baroda. I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. Once the payments are a success, only your Bank can help you further to raise a fraud dispute. Please let us know if you need any guidance in raising this and I can walk you through it over a call.
