@CRED_support I tried paying CC bill payment and failed in last 3 days, finally giving up. Tried @Paytm bill payment and it worked seamlessly for the same bank and Credit Card but the Cred support team says its banks fault. 😕

@Paytmcare What a pathetic customer response. Giving same standard replies again and again. Kya tum khud sun paa rahe ho jo tum keh rahe ho. Ticket ID 3112049715 . just to save themselves from social video they didn't allow taking screenshot of their chats. Wow.
