@Paytm Worst app... I am unable to pay my dues on paytm postpaid bank... It's last date of paying dues... They are not showing the paytm postpaid bank account so they can charge the customers for not paying dues on due date... Pathetic even customer care are not helping...

@Paytm Don't fall for Paytm trap. Paytm doesn't care. The 24x7 bot support is of no help, support numbers are equally waste, it's an IVR maze. There is no option to connect to any support agent. For Paytm, customer = Kashtsemar. My recepient didn't get transferred money, no help!

Why not Paytm customer care service is not working well and genuinely . No one is active . I tried a lot to upload zip file for postpaid kyc but it's not completing . I complaint regarding this. No one solving this issues @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Brijesh9140 @Paytm I have experienced that too It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done until I came across @360techsupport01 on Instagram and he fixed it completely
