    @gibesandswings @prabha4652 @Paytmcare I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago. After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen. I am unable to access my account and I also Installed Paytm on other mobile phones using my number.

    Another week gone. Still no sign of my refund. No calls from paytm, no help or reassurance. Can I go to the consumer forum against this delay. @Paytm
