@PaytmBusiness @Paytm Hi, very unfortunate to inform, now I've an issue for not gets paytm points. I added 15K to my wallet, that time I get a scratch card for 5000 paytm points, but not credited that point, now 48 hours more. Please make a solution. UPI ID - 9567367598@paytm. Thank you.

@Paytmcare I want to cancel my order but why are you not cancelling it and there is nor proper support from customer care yesterday when I called the customer care the representative said with in 12 hours your order will be cancelled but it has not been cancelled till now

@Paytmcare I was trying to check my friend's credit score but now I am not able to change personal details. Please reset it, so that I can add my details in Credit Score. I also tried raising a ticket but it shows no option of 'message us' in credit score section in 24*7 Help.
