    @Paytm connecting to your customer care is the most difficult thing. The call drops after 2 mins and waiting time to get connected to your executive is more than 30mins

    @Paytm talking to shivam from your customer care was the worst experience i had. He was rude, un professional and was not having any information about anything.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @Paytm I am Paytm Business Retailer.. I had submitted a return request for my POS machine before 1.5 months but still today no progress at all.. No one is coming to collect the machine.. Such service..??

    @Paytm such a bad service was not expected from your end. After 5 mails and 5 calls to customer care still the issue is unresolved. Such non trained employees at paytm. Un professional behavior.
