  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar The generic responses I’ve received "rest assured, we are working" are not helpful. There’s no clear reason for the delay or explanation for why this has taken so long. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I have already filed a complaint with National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 9176293), but my issue is still not resolved. My genuine funds are being held without any clear reason, even after submitting all required documents and proofs multiple. @PaytmBusiness

  @Paytmcare Please help in this. I have been struggling to get my refund from last 45days but either they aren’t responding or giving new excuses. Is it so difficult to get refund of a cancelled flight? Instead of giving damages, they aren’t even giving original refund. @DGCAIndia @RamMNK
