@PaytmTravel @Paytmcare No one should book air ticket from paytm. The UI is very good but after sales service is pathetic. No one to talk. U raise a ticket and wait for endless hours. The contact details were jot updated with airline on my ticket.

I had booked bus tickets from Paytm and due to some reason wanted to cancel my tickets. The app did not allow me to cancel it and nor I was refunded the amount. I tried checking with customer service and haven't yet received any resolution for it @Paytmcare
