  @Paytmcare @PaytmPostpaid I tried making payment on 7th Feb as it's my due date but payment failed thrice due to technical error and now I have been charged late fee of 500₹ and account is blocked and there's no way to contact CC for postpaid.

  @Paytmcare I raised 4-5 cases all got closed without any solution. I tried reaching out to customer case but was never able to catch hold of any human being to talk. All your IVR options are very vague and not even closure to common issues. One of the ticket I raised is 3142643438

  @PaytmPostpaid @Paytm @Paytmcare i have made a transaction of 630rs dated 3rd February with order id 202202031708460082 it got failed. However my money got deducted. Transaction details also showing wrong. Nobody is helping. Please support.

  @UPSRTCHQ I am also waiting for refund since last 4 months , unfortunately I have booked ticket via @Paytm and that too for @UPSRTCHQ . Pathetic response from both service providers.

  Dear paytm, your customer executive said on my particular ticket id that they will call me and they did call but it got disconnected right after i picked it up and i received the message that they couldn't reached me. What is this behaviour paytm. @Paytm @vijayshekhar
