@Paytm @Paytmcare enabling UPI Lite without clearly stating that the balance is device-bound and permanently lost on phone lost is unacceptable. At no point was this risk disclosed. Users reasonably assume UPI funds are recoverable like bank balances. Fix this and pay me my dues.

Hey @Paytmcare , I have raised the issue on the app, I have booked the flight ticket of @airindia from Nagpur to New Delhi. The flight is on sat 20th Dec, there is a correction in my last name. No resolution have been met till now, the correction window will close by 6pm
