    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare Support Team, I have sent the payment via Gpay to @ACTFibernet. But ACT Fibernet saying, still didn't receive it. When I checked the my account transaction details on my account. They received payment on Paytm account.

    @Paytmcare It's been more dn 1 month of this tweet and 2 months back @airvistara has refunded the amount to @Paytm but still the end user (me) not received the full refund amount. What type of customer handling process if following by you ppl. Could you tell, how much I have to wait?

    On one hand india is going digital and on the other side @Paytm @Paytmcare cannot solve one small problem. What they do is just adding on mails. I guess they’ve come up with some new game of mails @PaytmFirstGames 😡😡

    Very poor customer support @Paytm @Paytmcare . I am not getting a single reply from your side over email and twitter why my account is blocked. Also i had uploaded the requested documents to unblock my account 2-3 days back. Still not a single response
