@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

I tried to start a chat in the app. But the suitable option is not coming, and I couldn't start a chat. I can't connect to anyone for help, even an email is not available. I am requesting, please focus on this. Otherwise a dissatisfied customer would never come back. @Paytmcare

Hi @Paytm do you any idea why your platform is not working properly. My brother sent me ₹2500 on Saturday and reported the issue as the amount was deducted and no money was transferred. Ticket no. 3155116009 The bank says the money is not with them so are you investing our money

@Krishna_hind @Paytm @Krishna_hind I also had a very bad experience with Paytm while using UPI.If it gets stuck, resolution takes lot of time.Vendor accepting Paytm does not agree and due to which customer has to suffer.
