    @Paytmcare @Paytm what a pathetic customer support you have put. If i dont get resolution with Chat Bots there is no option to escalate or talk to CC Exexutive..IVR also keep sending annoying messages without resolution

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare it is next to impossible to complete your KYC process. Online KYC does not work, talking to customer care is not an option and no matter which option is select on your chat it always ends up with some stupid link which does not work.

    If i am known to this before @Paytmcare don't know how to handle customer i will never use paytm in my whole life @vijayshekhar sir trust me i will suggest all my friends, relatives,neighbours and every person i will meet not to use paytm as they are careless.
