@Paytm really bad exp. with your fast tag service we are not able to cross even a single toll today as the wallet balance is above 2000 but the fast tag secure balance is stuck at 120 and for help we try to contact the call center not even a single costumer person pick the call..

@JioCare @Paytmcare I'm not able to get a refund for a recharge that was made to a wrong number. As directed on @Paytm app I reached out to the Jio customer support but I was not able to get any refund for the same. Is this the kind of service you guys provide?

Money deducted from my @Paytm bank account, the other person didn't receive money (it has been 3 days). Customer care asks for bank statement. I will get my December statement in month of January. What do I do till then? I want my money back immediately. #paytmchorhai #fraudpaytm
