    @Paytm I have logged complaint of issue with paytm payments bank at 7.30pm and told to wait one hour. I called at 9.20pm and the executive told to wait one hour... The response time if customer care support is also very long which eats my call charges...so I will wait for

    Same of you @Paytm @paytmbankcare I am having difficulty in doing Mini KYC with my Voter ID, I am asking you why you are not able to solve the problem ? Why are you not doing KYC with my voter id ? Is voter id not enough for mini KYC ?

    @Paytmcare But it has time constraints..And when I was facing some technical issues & not able to reschedule at that time I did not get any assistance from you.And I have already booked my tickets.Hence I have requested for my refund.But it is more than 4 months as of now.. Terrible Service
