    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar Just finished a call with paytm merchant executive Shalu regarding above mentioned concern. instead of helping she bluntly told me to call back later due to technical issues. when i asked her to transfer the call to TL or sup they were NA 🙏🏻

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Despite being a very old customer you've blocked by Paytm account due to KYC issue. I'd appreciate if you guys can resolve my issue without personally visiting KYC store. We're in a digital era, we should be able to do the KYC online
