  1/1 @Paytmcare I’m unable to log in because the OTP is not being received on my registered mobile number. The number is active and working properly on my phone, yet I’ve been facing this issue since yesterday.   Guys don't trust @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return EO887528444IN was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims its not received and asks me for POD. Very Bad experience😭

  @Paytmcare @Paytm Booked a flight ticket from paytm. Within 24 hours as per DGCA policy I am asking to reschedule the flight. I purchased zero cancellation which I am being told I will not get zero cancellation on Rescheduled ticket. I dont get this policy at all. Pls help
