@Paytm If this is your first payment, the receiver must approve it via the SMS/WhatsApp link sent by Paytm. For repeat payments, transfer usually happens within 10 minutes. But my landlord did not receive any message or WhatsApp message and there is no customer care number

@Paytmcare On 27 June, a customer paid via RuPay credit card on UPI for <₹2000 at my store.₹187.86 was wrongly deducted as MDR. As per Paytm guidelines, no MDR applies. Complaint #5111772460 was closed stating it's valid, which is incorrect. Please refund the amount.
