@Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

Hi, As informed earlier, your Google Play recharge of Rs 5000 against the Order ID 18322003847 was successfully processed at our end. We regret to inform that Paytm has no role in processing the refund,once the transaction gets successful at customer's end @Paytmcare @GooglePlay
