@Paytmcare @Paytm transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/3

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I needed info re: a transaction mentioned in my Yearly Balance Summary sent by you. When I provided the customer care executive my Transaction ID on call — they told me NO such transaction exists in your records. How is this negligence possible?

@vijayshekhar sorry to say bt very bad service and experience frm Paytm. Airlines have cancelled my flights so we cancelled our plans and now refund is not initiated since one and half month. Booking id - 11430452742 @PaytmTravel @Paytm. Policy says I should get refund in 30 days

@Paytmcare 10k transaction was done on 24th june via paytm upi id , transaction wasn't successful its still pending but amount has been deducted from my bank account, please help me recover my money . Its already been a 6 working days for the issue
