  @Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

  @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

  How were senior citizens expected to know a TDR was required when Paytm itself showed “Train Cancelled”? This is a clear service failure. @Paytm @Paytmcare please take responsibility, investigate and refund ₹3,702.65 immediately. All supporting screenshots are attached. 3/3

  @flyspicejet @Paytm Extremely disappointed. We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!
