@Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

@Paytmcare is so slow in resolving my issue, the experience has been horrible, the agents are slow and cut calls. All of my activities on @paytm are blocked since the past 2 weeks even after providing all the documents. They don't answer to tickets, unexpected from this company.

Hi People don't go or encourage @Paytm post paid it's a trap for customers, coming to my issue i paid my postpaid bill of nearly 18 change rupees on jan 31st 2023, they only asked to pay early to get good Credit score and all i do the same but my bill got generated on 1st Feb
