@Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

Then I tried reaching @Paytmcare through call and I was advised to raise a ticket through the application. I did raised a ticket through their app on 23rd nov, but I haven't received any reply yet. (They literally mentioned that I will get a reply within 4 hours). Worst service.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I complaint to paytm customer care for regarding refund process 22 Oct 2021 customer care 30 days time limit. But more than 30 day above. But didn't get refund till now. Agency maybe still sleeping more than 50 times complaint but not responding. Only promises refund soon.

Hi @Paytm @vijayshekhar someone got my phone and booked movie tickets worth Rs. 550. I tried to cancel it instantly after booking but there is absolutely no option. There was no option for cancellation protection as well which could be opt. The chat is not helpful. Please help.
