@Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have done a Credit card repayment on 24th Sept, which has failed, and it was done through Paytm Payments Bank. I contact the customer executive, they are not helping in anyway. They are just providing a link for 24x7, where I am not able to Do anything.
