@Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

@Paytm @Paytmcare my issue is that my old mobile is not active now.and now I cannot login in my Paytm account without OTP.the OTP is going to my old mobile number. in this case @_groww is better then you.They send OTP to my registered email id.and via OTP i changed my mobile number.

@Paytm So that as soon as money comes in account and you guys can block Paytm bank account and enjoy that money and we as fools should beg for our own money. Have some shame Paytm and return my money and I will delete my account from you database because you customer support is useless.
