  @Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

  @AmitNDhoot @StocksResearch @Paytm Its advertising model to retain customer. Paying cashback, reward points etc. same with credit card charges. Whoever accepts credit card they bear the transaction fee whether it is ecommerce site or shopkeeper.

  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I’m not sure what @Paytm is gaining here by blocking just Rs. 3098/- on a cost of losing a customer and losing brand reputation. Is this the way of doing business just by fooling customers and blocking someone’s hard earned money?

  @Paytm Nice to see the ad 'Paytm karo' but in case of refund, paytm is too much slow. Indigo Airline had refund my money against ticket cancellation on 18.12.2020 but Paytm has not released money till date. Paytm may kindly note booking id 10475114142 (PNR No. VN41VQ) as reference.
