@Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

Hello @Paytmcare recently I logged in to Paytm but by mistake I signed in as a new customer. Now I am unable to retrieve my old account. Also I could not find my fastag account. Kindly merge my previous account with new account or convert me back to my previous account.

So @Paytmcare & @paytmbankcare 's April fools idea was to block my Account for no stated reason out of the blue at night and now not bother to be available on any support channel. I use Paytm (& Paytm Payments Bank) as my primary payment method Registered number -:6282289862

If worst customer support would have a face it would be @Paytmcare @Paytm, whenever i try to raise a complaint an auto bot replies what it wants no matter you are satisfied with it or not it will close your query. Grow up you cannot make a fool out of customers always.
