@Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

@Paytmcare you have a worst service quality. A request for simple Postpaid statement has taken more than a month and is still pending.They r sending stmt.without trxn.details. Either people working r dumb or it is the co's policy to work in such a fashion.

@Paytm I have a KYC-compliant account on Paytm. In the last few months, I see that accessing my account is not possible through the website. Is this on purpose? I mailed customer care but no response from them. Please help me in accessing my account through the website.
