  @Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.
