    @Paytm @Paytmcare the transaction became successful on behalf of paytm but due to some technical problem with the merchant, the payment failed. On 23_05_2020 there was a refund from the merchant, then I called the paytm care and then a complaint was sent to the customer for 2/

    @Paytm sir I want upgrade my paytm bank limit problem by Paytm bank side and I am receiving a sms by Paytm your bank limit is exceed so please upgrade my limit and I am also using Paytm by myself and can also provide all documents in paytm app on 24*7 help so please upgrad limit

    @Paytm paytm launched postpaid services, but it is very harassment type service. It always notifies to join postpaid, but at joining it rejects requests. While i have healthy credit score and consistent income. If any specific criteria it should be inform before apply.

    @SonOfBharat7 This is an issue with Upi payment, your details get to that person, same thing happened to a girl who shared 2-3 days ago that someone from restaurant called her up. Pay in cash in you can or there should be some way for @Paytm to hide number

    @Paytm Generated a ticket on 08-05-2026 to close my Paytm Business account, but still no action. Customer support is just wasting time and treating customers like fools. Close the account ASAP. @jagograhakjago @PMOIndia

    @Paytmcare Before offer page only showed FLAT ₹50 cashback with Paytm UPI above ₹100 No mention of any 60day restriction After payment, support called it a voucher, then changed the reason to not eligible. Contradictory explanations hidden conditions are unfair to users. @Paytm @Paytmcare
