Dear sir I Avtar Singh customer of your paytm i have created a fd (300797544832) of Rs 50000 on 22-dec-2020 for the time period of 365 days and it has to be transferred to my paytm savings account but instead of that the fd is not transfer in my account. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytm booked a flight through paytm and the moment is chose date by default the system switched calendar to January instead of December..the technical glitch costing me 20k to book another flight losing the one is booked through paytm.Such a shame for you guys to trick customers

@Paytm its extremely exhausting to try and speak with someone at your customer care. Your IVR does not have my query option therefore I cannot have my query addressed ! It’s been a full 3 hours at it for me !
