    Hello Paytm, @Paytm @Paytmcare The worst customer service i have encountered till now. It took in around one day to raise a ticket and once I raised ticket and sent my query, getting response after 5 hours. Still my issue is not resolved.

    @Paytm Trying to reach your customer support executive but I am able to do so as there is no provision to talk with them. One of the worst customer support and services. Never ever opt to Paytm for any services.

    @Paytmcare such a pathetic service given by paytm almost they are doing fraud. While doing payments they promised instant cashback but they gave nothing even after registering a complaint they did nothing. Very poor service.

    @Paytmcare your customer service is very poor! There's no helpline to speak with. I had subscribed for Eros subscription for one rupee but my money is getting deducted every quarter
