    @Paytmcare What's the status? Its been more than 32 hours i got the gift card. I haven't recieved any update on this? How much more time you need to resolve the issue? You're holding 5000 Rs of mine. Mind it. Refund my money or rectify the error ASAP. #paytm #jockeyindia

    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare

    Pathetic service @Paytm most unreliable always having some or the other issues. Currently I’m being said “BAD NETWORK” while all other apps are working perfectly fine.
