    @Paytm Can't remove my bank account. App says "Disable UPI Lite first" even though it's already disabled. Support tickets are being closed without any resolution. Fix this issue. @paytm

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare and they confirmed that the refund was initiated from their end and that Paytm, being the booking partner, has to process the refund. I raised a support ticket on 26 May 2026 (Ticket ID: 200011749289), 2/3

    @Paytmcare @Paytm worst customer support can't connect to your team.and didnt get reply on mail ,twitter or paytm help support menu. I can't solve my issue for 2 weeks. Where to contact?
