    @paytmbankcare @Paytm This is the ticket number of my second interaction with support 3188471559. I had done my KYC and have been using Paytm for a long time but it's been put on credit freeze and I am unable to take my car out as the fastag balance could not be topped up.

    @TheOfficialSBI @Paytmcare I did a payment to R D B CINEMA Ref No 216938611024 via paytm. Merchant did not receive the amount. Pls help
