    @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago 5 days since I reported issue about unused Nykaa giftcard bought from Paytm showing 'invalid' despite being in validity & not redeemed. Got call from agent y'day, explained all again but still no resolution. Need proper investigation & resolution ASAP.

    @Paytmcare @paytmcare For travel issues, RedBus is far better. They actually respond and sort refunds within hours. Paytm should learn basic customer service before taking bookings.

    @Paytmcare how many times I will have to follow up and when will you refund the money back to the customer which you have already received from the flixbus.
