    Hi @Paytmcare, Our customers accidentally sent ₹1,656 to the wrong UPI (lk926279@ybl) through Paytm. Transaction Ref No: 309952673067 (07 Jul, 08:18 PM). This was a genuine mistake. We have already raised a complaint in the app. Kindly help us recover the amount. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar This is sheer non sense. For a week u guys didn't do anything on my complaint and suddenly reply me that the issue is resolved without giving me call. Ridiculous...!

    @Paytmcare Nobody seems to be following up my issue, atleast give me a number where i can reach your support team. How can a transaction be in pending status even after 72 hours? I don't want an update anymore, i want my refund, otherwise ready to pay the fine as per RBI after T+5 days.

    Please anyone dont use paytm they are fraud no1 they are not helping me my account debited rs 3000/- but not completed transaction it is showing pending from yesterday morning no support from @Paytm @Paytmcare help me guys

    @Paytm My Paytm account has not been working for more than 15 days, and my issue is still unresolved. Every time I raise the concern on X, I receive the same response saying that the team is “working on it,” but there has been no actual resolution.

    @Paytm My issue with Paytm, raised on 22nd June 2026, remains unresolved till date despite repeated attempts. The service is still not working, and no effective resolution has been provided so far. This prolonged delay reflects poor customer support and system inefficiency.
