@Paytmcare Most disgusting service. I have been raising my concerns for my refund which has already been cleared by the airline and PAYTM has still not cleared it. It has been 2 months now. The call center is so clueless of all my concerns. Will never dare to book a ticket through PAYTM.

@Paytmcare Paytm is not helping me to resolve my issue. There were deduction of Rs 1561/- from my flight refund amount. Goair is saying me to comny with Paytm.

@Paytmcare more than 3 months since raised request to customer care and made 10-12 calls, more than 25 days since posted on twitter and if you are still asking for more time then be assured, will loose your customers, then you will get ample time to listen to your remaining customer if any?
