@Paytmcare @Paytm can you resolve my issue Coz your customer care toll-free number is not connecting and no use of it. Yesterday night at around 8pm., I tried to pay to a merchant through Paytm Postpaid. Amount was deducted from my postpaid balance and transaction was failed.

@Paytm is underrated app nd @PhonePe_ is overrated. Too slow while scanning QR code and just tried to add bank account it's not taking bank account giving error that 'can't add bank account now'.

@Paytmcare There is no one on support. Chat is by bot and on call it’s all ivr, I think with stock prices going down you closed down your call centre completely

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm We have been raising ticket on a simple matter of passbook transaction on paytm postpaid and not one response is provided. Issue being passbook shows amount refunded but it isn’t reflected in the balance. Ticket number - 22059946551
