    I had been trying to order my Paytm physical debit card since a week. But due to technical error of Paytm it telling me to wait 30 days. I messaged Paytm, talked to their customer care but every time they somehow blamed me for their error. Pathetic sevice. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Sir, it seems that paytm customer service has reached at lowest level. It's very painful to see that if someday paytm will fail its only due to customer service experience. Your unfortunate customer since 2011. No resolution provided yet.

    machine is not a solution anyhow. I've been contacted multiple times but failed to connect customer care guy. This is a overall story and then come here and explaining each and every detail. #Frustrating experience ever with @Paytmcare Hope you guys will resolve my issue.

    @Paytmcare I would not like to commute after 48 hrs as it's blood sapping conversation without any solid resolution. And moreover customer care number is just an IVR which makes it more pathetic service.

    @Paytm i was booking train ticket but ticket was not confirmed still my amount got deducted Rs 210, refund immediately., pathetic service not able to launched complain through ur app, its not working properly.
