@Paytmcare I want to ask you guys if I paid merchant through paytm app and merchant cancelled my order and did not refund my money then who is responsible? Every time I call customer care and IVR said payment successfully processed now contact merchant.

My PPBL account limit was declined. When I contract customer support they sad mail my pic with kyc documents & add pan card. I don't have pan card so I mail my pic with kyc documents and they said wait 24-48 Hours. But now they do nothing. Help me @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare i had raised for cancellation of my air travel tickets, no update or progress at it is been more that 50 days, when reached paytm customer care, i only hear its already escalated and nothing else pathetic service.

I'm facing a issue where I get the message "Transaction type currently disabled on your card" while using my digital debit card for online transaction. @Paytmcare please fix this problem as soon as possible I'm not able to perform a transaction even tho I enabled it
